Innkeepers are very friendly and accomodating. We forgot to notify them in advance of food allergies and they were very receptive to our needs. The rooms are gracious and comfortable. We stayed in the Rackliffe which was wonderful on the first floor and a gas fireplace. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are beautiful. Harspwell is a beautiful town worth just...

I would highly recommend this inn to stay at, It has a lot of charm and the owners are very friendly and warm, and make you feel welcome here. The rooms are very clean, and I would definitely stay there again while visiting Maine

The building and grounds at Harpswell Inn are beautifully maintained, which adds to the incredible natural beauty of its setting on Lookout Point. We were looking for a stopping place between Nova Scotia and New York that felt "out-of-the-way" but that wasn't really too "out-of-the-way." We also wanted to kayak. Harpswell Inn was perfect! Only a half hour from 295,...

My wife and I have traveled the Maine coast for decades, but one area we had missed is the fingers isles, just minutes south of Brunswick. We followed the winding road (Route 123) halfway down to the road leading to the Harpswell Inn, a splendid huge home on property dating back to 1761. We were warmly greeted by the owners,...

The Harpswell is a beautiful inn with lovely views of the ocean. The Captain's Suite is a bargain for the comfort and seclusion is offers. The gregarious Innkeepers are friendly and very helpful with suggestions for good places to eat and day trips. We are almost hesitant to write a review, because we want to keep it to ourselves!

The inn offers several cottages to rent as well. We stayed in a charming one bedroom cottage by the water. Hosts were pleasant and the host gave us a nice introduction to local attractions and dining. Since they don't provide breakfast to the cottages, interaction with them was limited. Cottage has a kitchenette and a gas grill. Relaxing location. Provided...

We were looking for a great place to stay without being in a tourist mix and with the help of a Facebook friend, we found it. We stayed in one of the cottages right on the cove and loved it! Great scenery. The cove is a great place when the tide is in to wade in and explore. The town...

The majority of my travelling experience has been in traditional hotels and I have not been in a lot of Bed and Breakfasts, but this one was the best overall experience I have had yet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The setting was very peaceful and private. It is...

What a special place...and just an half an hour outside of Freeport. We spent a day in freeport shopping and another day out on the kayaks. If you like spending time outside, you will love this place. We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn't have asked for a better place to do so. It was very quiet, quaint, and peaceful....
