This was an amazing place to stay in the middle of Maine. So quiet and secluded, yet within 5 minutes of restaurants and shopping. The farm has animals and is so peaceful I wish we had stayed longer. The rooms were great and the breakfast was fantastic!

My husband and I enjoyed a nice weekend at the Inn at Maple Hill Farm. The hosts are wonderful and accommodating and there are nice little sitting rooms, a bar, coffee, tea and baked goods to enjoy. Our room had a jacuzzi (but with a window overlooking the walkway to the outdoor sauna so we were paranoid to use it!)....

Thank you for your kind review. We are sorry to hear that you didn't use your private double whirlpool tub. There is a fully opaque window shade that you can use to close off the window near the tub, and it makes the room fully private. Our guests' comfort is of primary importance to us, and we wish you had...

Hallowell is a great place to visit, friendly people, good food and drink and the countryside is a beautiful scene. Arrived an hour early and our room was ready and we never left the Inn until checkout the next day. Very welcoming and friendly hosts, the Inn is clean, accommodating ( fresh baked frosted chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies...

We stayed on the 1st floor and the room was plenty big, I loved the open windows and easy access to the front porch & yard. There was an air conditioner in the room though the temp was cool enough to leave it turned off. A ceiling fan would have been a great addition.

This is a wonderful farm-house B&B, complete with chickens that provide your eggs for breakfast! It is meticulously taken care of and every detail addressed. We have stayed there on two different occasions and each time, we were very impressed with the cleanliness and warm hospitality these innkeepers offer. Vince delivers a wonderful breakfast in a very pleasant setting. Scott...

We have been here every camp visiting day weekend for the past six years. The peaceful property, with its bird feeders and rescue animals, the lovely, helpful innkeepers, the wonderful breakfasts, all drew us back year after year. Close enough to picturesque Hallowell's main street for good dinners, yet as far away from hotel and restaurant chains as you can...

We enjoyed our short stay at Maple Hill Farm. Walked the grounds, saw the Llamas and chickens & relaxed in the great hot-tub & sauna. We'll definitely return to Maple Hill Farm on our next trip to Augusta. Be sure to check out the town of Hallowell too!

I generally don't travel alone. At the Maple Hill Farm Inn I immediately felt relaxed and well taken care of. Scott's attitude was, "Your wish is our command." Very accessible, though there was nothing that I needed that wasn't already provided. A very pleasant place to stay.
