Immaculately clean rooms! Wicked comfortable beds. Beautiful water views and the fishing was great here! Just intended to stop for a night as a quick getaway and ended up staying 3 days! Highly recommend.

This is a great motel located just off of route 302. The owners were super responsive with everything prior to arrival, and very helpful getting us situated upon arrival. Very nice people! The rooms are quite clean and comfortable and come at a great value! At night, it was quiet and a nice place to sleep. The motel is located...

Everything about this place was great. Owner was a terrific host. Maid was helpful and friendly! Price was right, too. We were give a break on price because we stayed two nights. Free use of canoe, peaceful setting and a super clean, comfortable room! Can't wait to come again.

Our hotel room was absolutely spotless, as was the property. If you are traveling in this area of Maine and need a nice, convenient place to spend the night I would recommend Alyssa Motel. Our room had good air conditioning. The owner was friendly and accommodating.

Clean and big rooms with a very comfortable bed. Reasonnably priced and the owner is very friendly and funny. Not that well located and a little far from everything. A very good choice for a motel if you are on the road. You can even take the kayak for a little tour on the pond.

We have been going to Alyssa's for several summers now to visit our kids in camp and will be returning for our fourth visit this weekend. It's an old school, family run place that evokes America in the mid-20th Century (in a nice way). Owners are really nice and helpful and are proud of the upgrades that they do each...

I ended up phoning from UK to book this as I did not receive a reply from my e-mail request. The owners were friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Decor might be describes as quaint and not to everyone's tastes. I was surprised that only 3 rooms were occupied on the Friday night of Fryeburg's Fair. Biggest...

Good value roadside motel. Clean and comfortable with friendly owner. Lovely view over Thomas Pond. Good advice from owner on where to fine local evening food. However room smelled slightly of smoke and there was no hair dryer.

I stayed here with my family for my cousin’s wedding at Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake, which is about a ½ mile down the road. Staying here was much cheaper than Migis and it’s within walking distance, although I’d only recommend walking in the daylight since you have to go down a long dirt road through the woods to get...

I came to visit my kids in Camps around and this was the perfect spot. Right in the center of the area. Easy to access, minutes from restaurants, malls and anything you can need. Allan was very nice and professional and also his collegue at reception when I arrived. She helped with directions and all type of helpful tips. My...
