We'd been on the road from PA to Nova Scotia and back to Maine, staying each night in a different city, different motel. This was by far the nicest, in that it is small, quaint, clean, updated and has great, pleasant owners. Wonderful value and good location off the highway.

This is an older property that has been updated to some extent. No views. Easy to find on US Hwy 1. Simple family-run place with no frills. It was clean. Way overpriced. I would look for something nicer if I ever have to stay near here again.

I recommend Bucksport Motor Inn. It is beautifully designed, comfy, clean, pets welcome, free WiFi, easy parking and great service. Very hospitable and family oriented place. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, historic sights- Fort Knox and other.

We stayed one night passing through. Quaint motel. Very clean! Bathroom was sparkling clean and had pretty green tiles on the walls, nice bright lights, and beautiful pedestal sink. The bathroom appeared more like one in a nice house rather than a motel. Really nice towels too. Bed was super comfortable. Low price. Nice family run motel.

We chose Bucksport Motor Inn for our most recent trip to the Bucksport area because of the Tripadvisor reviews - and we were not misled. It is just exactly as depicted - very clean, very comfortable, very quiet and really great people who own and operate the Inn. The value is amazing with very reasonable room rates. We will stay...

This small family run motor hotel in the friendly town of Bucksport, ME is a real jewel. The exterior is a throw back to the roadside motels of the past but the interior is renovated, decorated like home, and clean, clean, clean!! Feels like your friends invited you to spend the night and really went out of their way to...

If you are looking for a good, basic, clean room located halfway between Belfast and Acadia, you should consider this Motor Inn. It is not a chain motel, but offers a safe, economical room with a flat screen TV, microwave and fridge. It is not a high-end motel, but we liked it. Also I received a 20 % discount as...

We stopped in Bucksport to visit Fort Knox. We stayed at the Bucksport Inn so that my grandson had a view of the fort and bridge at night. It was worth the extra money for the view. Very clean and comfortable if it was closer to other tourist attractions would have stayed longer. WILL BE BACK. Perfect for people who...

Haven't even completed our night's stay & already reviewing! Why pay over $100 / night when you can stay here, in this charming & VERY clean mom & pop motel? Everything you need for one night or many. Lovely hostess. It's obvious the proprietors take pride in their establishment. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning and SMOKE FREE! Very clean...
