We stayed here during the last weekend of the Fryeburg Fair. It's a decent place, and I'd go again in the future, but first I'd try others in the area for comparison. There are only two bath houses and they have very cramped showers. A hot shower is great after a day out and about, but it was tough to...

Just stayed for the first time at Woodland Acres. Usually stayed in No. Conway in past years but this is so much better. Not so many tubers. We kayaked along with groups of canoes. Nice 7 hour trip right down to campsite from Canal Bridge. The campground was neat and clean. The baths and showers could have been a bit...

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. At this rate, I figured just a place to park and go off and do your thing near by in Saco or North Conway. I was very pleasantly surprised! Spacious wood campsites with sand. Everyone that worked there was very nice. They have a brand new pool. We did use it but it looked great....

I think that the new management team needs to have respect with the elderly; I and my wife were yelled at and disrespected while I was trying to explain why we were late to return the canoes on this past Saturday 8/6/16. We reserved a canoe ride at 9:00 AM and the shuttle came at 10:20AM. The young driver did...

This year will be our family's 3rd year staying at this campground and we can't wait! This place is clean and well kept up. The owners and all employees, from the store to the canoe guides, are friendly and helpful.

Spent a couple of nights here while rockhounding in the area. Apparently, this area is popular for canoeing and kayaking on the Saco River. Luckily for us, we came during the middle of the week. The place was practically empty. From what I understand, weekends are quite full. Sites are some of the largest we've seen in our RV travels....

We stayed at Woodland acres for the first time with a group of 6 and had a really great time. Apparently this time of year (before school lets out) the campground is empty, so we had full run of the place, which was super fun. We rented the little bike scooters at the camp store, road all over the campground,...

We stayed there on Memorial Day weekend with our scout troop. The campground was very quiet and comfortable. They have their own landing on the river that makes all the difference. Although we are in a very rural area, they have security patrols checking the grounds and presumably for poor behaving patrons. The Grounds are maintained very well. The restrooms...

This campground has large sites, very clean facilities, a nicely stocked store and sits right on the Saco River. From here you can rent a canoe or kayak, and they will shuttle you upriver so you can float back down to the campground! Each site has a picnic table and fire pit, and there are group sites as well as...

First stay at Woodland Acres for my family this weekend. This place is absolutely perfect. It's a medium sized campground. But every single site is a really great one. Seriously. No bad ones. All spacious. All well wooded between each site. The grounds were immaculate. The bath houses as well. Camp store is small but has anything you might need....

“Check out their website. They have photos of every site posted. If you don't get a sewage site, pay attention to where the bath houses are.”
