We arrived at 5:45pm and waited in line to check in until 7:15pm and to be told our room would not ready for another 1-1.5 hours due to water in the rooms and overbooking. Hotel is hot in the hallways but thankfully air conditioner works in the rooms. Not to fond of location if located somewhere better or at least had better lighting dark parking lots make me nervous. I asked for a king room and got 2 beds. The hotel is located near a lot of popular shopping centers. And good places
