Poor attitude from reception staff. Room service is slow and charge £5 tray charge. Security not good people drunk wandering and shouting in corridors late at night. Room dirty and old. Needs revamp. Breakfast poor.

Again we never had the afternoon tea. The service is very good and if the breakfast is anything to go by, then the afternoon tea will be first class.
