After my initial warm welcome, the desk staff was non-plussed. Then, I asked the night before about weekend breakfast and was told it closed at 10am. I went down at 9:40am and it was closed. The desk clerk was away from the desk. When he returned, he told me breakfast closes at 9:30am on weekends. Afterexplaining that I received poor information the night before on the phone from the night clerk, I asked but was declined the opportunity to have access to a full breakfast. There were a few items in the fridge. Rooms are clean but some clientele shouted suggestived greetings to me when I returned at night (really? I'm 65.) I would nit make this my first choice in the future. Few toiletries, no clue if room was occuped within 24 hours.

We will discuss the breakfast hours with our team to remind them of the hours. We offer Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Face Soap and Bath Soap, Facial Tissue and Toilet Tissue in all guest rooms. Due to COVID, we have reduced the number of bath towels in the room. If any guest has a poor experience due to other guests, we kindly ask that you notify us at that time so we can address the issue. This CI&S is an older property that had a massive renovation ($30M?). It's located on a busy street and in an industrial area. It's been significantly updated, and our room was quiet and quite nice. Felt secure while on property, but not certain I would be walking around at night. Location is nearby Lakeside Mall, Acme Oyster House, Drago's, Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop, Tic Toc Café and a short drive to the Quarter. There is presently no shuttle service available. Due to COVID restrictions, the breakfast selection is minimal, but adequate. We would definitely consider staying here again. Booked great rate via Hotels.com.

3rd floor are not leveled also very hard to find the hotel. Hotel sign are not prominent in front of it. Bad front desk experience. Will not stay again. Front desk supervisor was rude and unprofessional, would not work with your situation.

A very very nice hotel all the staff was helpful I really like the breakfast was wonderful the ladies in the breakfast area were wonderful housekeeping clean very neat I mean everybody was just so helpful and wonderful at this hotel I would really recommend this hotel very convenient from downtown had lots of fun even caught a parade over on veterans
