The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff gave excellent service. They responded with in 5 minutes when we reported a problem with the TV. We look forward to our next visit. Plenty of parking across the street.
Very friendly and helpful employees.
Simple and reasonably clean. Decent location. Free breakfast and parking. Small hotel, no pool. But, again, amazing staff! Ches Pierre within walking distance has best crossaints! And great shoe store in mall nearby. Next to Target and Sears

Room were clean, nice smelling, quiet room from traffic and beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was pretty good but hotel could do a better job keeping food items from running out. Would recommend in spite of that.

If this is the Sleep Inn & Suites in Metairie. There is not much around it that is walkable. It is not far from a Main Street with a lot of food restaurants but it is about half mile away and you would be walking on very busy road or through what appeared to be commercial area. ( with car repair businesses, bars, towing business etc) you could take cab into New Orleans from there or probably bus and then you could walk around New Orleans area
