Convenient to I-10, good parking, great friendly staff, close to NOLA attractions. This place is clean. Coffee and tea is always available in the library. In the afternoon lemonade is made available. They also have cookies available in the late afternoon.

Upon arrival front desk staff was very helpful. Suite was clean and setup just right. Used laundry and fitness room and worked great. Close to all attractions in New Orleans and easy access to restaurants and highways.

If this is the Sleep Inn & Suites in Metairie. There is not much around it that is walkable. It is not far from a Main Street with a lot of food restaurants but it is about half mile away and you would be walking on very busy road or through what appeared to be commercial area. ( with car repair businesses, bars, towing business etc) you could take cab into New Orleans from there or probably bus and then you could walk around New Orleans area
