The Copeland Towers is an incredible hotel to stay at in Metairie. The room are large and immaculate. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is one of the main reasons my husband and I keep coming back. We look forward to staying at this hotel. It is the highlight of our year. Claudette Burbank was very helpful and I would like to compliment her on her customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Metairie or New Orleans.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This hotel and its staff are WONDERFUL! My husband, myself, and our 14 month old daughter drove from VA to LA for vacation. We were initially staying with a friend but the situation changed and we needed to find a hotel quickly. We booked Copeland Tower Suites and got there all within 30 minutes. The prices are super reasonable for the level of room you're getting. For anyone with small kids, having a separate living room and bedroom is a LIFE SAVER. We arrived, a super convenient room location (next to the elevators) was ready, we set up our girl's pack n play and put her to bed. Then we relaxed in the living room and eventually turned in. Breakfast buffet has many options and was really good. Coffee was hot and delicious (from PJ's). The rooms have a small kitchen, fully stocked (minus food), so we were able to cook a meal or two during our stay which helped so much in various ways. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel. We were in an unexpected pinch, with a small and tired child, and this hotel came through for us like no one else was at the time. If we return to New Orleans, this place will be on our radar. Location is SUPER convenient to the local highways/freeways that take you everywhere.…

Recently stayed and was amazingly surprized by the convenience of location, great breakfast (excellent), comfy beds, clean and right price. We will be back it was one of the Best Choice Hotels lately.

I stayed 4 nights with my family and NOT ONCE did housekeeping vacuumed the suite or EVEN PICKED UP “ANYTHING” from the floor!!! That goes for the bathroom and kitchen..,ZERO “housekeeping”! They only did the beds! I’m not sure if they are simply LAZY or FILTHY but I know that’s my FIRST and LAST stay at Copeland Towers.

This was my first time staying here and with this particular brand hotel. I was extremely pleased with the friendly staff, location and the room accommodations were spacious. I liked the decor and the comfort of the room. The breakfast was great and the floor was quite too. It is not far from the French Quarters and easy to access the interstate. I look forward to staying here again.
