Started with on arrival walking past the pool that was incredibly green and gross, smelled terribly. Had a 2 room suite and once in the room there was not enough bedding for 2 beds, called the desk to request such, got answers like “ I don’t have access to the linens l, I don’t have house keeping here” he also stated “ I’ll try but I cannot promise” as a Hilton rewards and CC holder in a “presidential suite” this was not what I would expect from Hilton. After some time, a gentleman brought up linens but no pillows. At this point we just needed to get some rest for business the next day. We made due. The pool on exit seemed worse. It was terrible. Had this been a vacation, my words would have been different as children and families likely didn’t know about them when booking and now had no real place to swim and relax on a vacation. I’d call the hotel to ensure they will be repairing this. I have since booked another business trip and have chosen another hotel. It was a getaway for me and my husband. We needed time together so a day trip to New Orleans with good food worked. Just what the doctor order LOL Also the casino was an added bonus. The hotel was so nice, quiet, and beautiful and yes peaceful.

My room was on the second floor and was not clean and had a cement wall around a canopy that was really ugly. The lobby was dated, and the parking lot was unwelcoming. The staff at breakfast was cheery and helpful

my first trip to the bathroom there was fresh poop in the toilet, the hotel was listed as an airport location, which in fact its 2.5 miles away from the airport, its a nosiy location, located next to a busy street

Has some bright points and some courteous staff. However, cleanliness and on duty management can be a concern especially when traveling on the weekend with a group. Hotel towels and linen was soiled and bathroom tub was very dingy. We were advices that the tub was liked that by staff.
