Rude front desk staff . Called several times for pick up from the airport and the van service is not there in a timely manner . During one of the calls , the female front desk staff member(sounding upset with this call ) hung up the phone while I was speaking to her . . A return call to the hotel was made and this was mentioned to the other service member answering this phone call . The transportation van finally arrived and several of us were transported to the hotel . As we were signing the reservation sheet , the female customer service representative working the front desk, made repetitive comments defending the actions of her coworker in a very loud voice for all to hear ., her actions were totally uncalled for .

After flying in from Europe the night before, it was great to be at the Hilton Garden in Kenner! Getting checked in was a breeze and the staff that I met from the front desk to the servers in the restaurant couldn’t have been any nicer! The hotel was quiet and I never did hear any of the neighboring rooms and that’s always a big plus for me. It’s also nice to be away from the downtown area and those that have over induldged in the French Quarter! Next time I’m back in NOLA on business, I’ll be staying at the Hilton Garden in Kenner once again!

I never leave bad reviews, but this place was shocking to me. The room smelled moldy, and we soon discovered why. Both the pull out sofa bed and the bedding in the closet for it were moldy. If that wasn't bad enough, water was leaking from the bathroom light all night and a lot in the morning, from god knows where. Awful experience.

When we arrived the hotel had signs everywhere saying masks were required and social distancing was expected per Hilton rules. This location apparently doesn't care about any of that as we had to wade through close to 200 mostly maskless sports team people to get into and through the lobby. When we called the front deck from our room with concerns they simply said, "Oh those are volleyball teams" and did NOTHING to solve this major safety issue. We also called the Hilton Rewards member line who said they would create an incident report and a location manager would reach out to make things right. They never did. Our room itself was okay, but the overall quality of the stay has lost Hilton my business and that of the other couples in our party.

I have stayed in this hotel now on three different occasions and have given thought to posting such a review, but simply decided to give it “Just one more chance”. But no more. No shampoo or regular coffee..not to mention coffee condiments mean yet another trip downstairs to the desk. I can deal with a moldy tub and carpet tearing away from the walls, but coffee and clean hair are just basic necessities for a Hilton property.
