We enjoyed a spontaneous overnight stay in the Magnolia suite. Very relaxing and super accommodating. Grounds are beautiful. Innkeeper was super friendly and met our every need. Left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Yummy sweet dough pies too!

Really nice B and B. The owner was very nice and acommodating. Nice grounds and great places to eat in nearby Eunice. A great place to get away to and avoid the motel scene. Enjoy the peace and quiet! Highly recommended!

Mark Savoy at Savoy Music recommended this place, and when we phoned at the last minute, the owner Felicia, exhausted from having just hosted a wedding party, and having planned on taking a break, nonetheless made space for us and provided exactly what we wanted. The heritage house is beautiful and the wooded grounds so peaceful you'd never know you're...

Thanks for staying with us, Mavis! And thanks to Mark Savoy. They have been so supportive of our venture and we love going over to the the Saturday Morning Jam. Everyone always has such a great time and it is truly one of the best examples of our Cajun heritage. We appreciate your review! Merci.

This is a really beautiful property, with gorgeous grounds and a historic farmhouse that Felicia has made to feel so homey and inviting. We had a room in the main house and it was elegantly appointed with antiques, but comfortable and cozy--not too fusty or fussy feeling. The common room, which we were invited to hang out in any time,...

This a gem of a place in one of the most interesting and culturally rich places in America. The accommodations and breakfast were fabulous. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Three couples stayed at Grand Pere's House for the weekend. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house, the grounds, and our hostess Felicia. The location is so quiet except for the frogs, insects and birds. You get the feeling of being 100 miles from everything. The music scene in the Eunice area is outstanding and the food is...

We, four couples, stayed at Le Village at Grand Pere's house during Mardi Gras. The house was great inside, the porch and deck are huge. Felicia made us Texans feel welcome and the breakfast items were delicious. It was very close to Eunice and the activities we attended during Mardi Gras. Will go again! Thank you Felicia.

We stayed at Le Village mid-week during a weeklong stay in Louisiana. Very much enjoyed our stay with Felicia. She made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, entertainment and activities in the area. It was a nice quiet break from being in New Orleans. My favorite there was the big wraparound porch...
