The lobby was nice and smelled nice and clean . The room was nice as well but very bad Mantience it was hair on the floor and bed . I wouldn't stay there ever again.. If you stay here please look over your room in detail 👎👎👎👎.
On arrival we received a lovely welcome from the receptionist and we were given cold bottles of water as it was so hot. Our room was the smallest we stayed in throughout our room trip although it had all the conveniences for an overnight stay and it was clean. We used the valet service for ease and reviewed the guest guide book for local eateries. The hotel is ideally located as it is walking distant to the river, local restaurants and bars. The issue began when we tried to sleep as the air conditioning was so loud plus there appeared to be a unit outside our bedroom window on a roof top terrace. We didn't notice this on check in and we stayed out to late evening. We basically struggled to sleep and gave up and left very earlier totally shattered. On check out I was asked if I enjoyed my stay. I told the receptionist that I had a terrible nights' sleep but she didn't seem to care. I won't return

We stayed here on a Saturday evening after some traveling. The hotel is nice, a bit smaller then it looks in the photos. The offer vallet parking upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The have a small bar and restaurant off of the lobby, the restaurant served as breakfast included in the price of the stay. The food was good, definitely worth the value included in the stay. Not a quick breakfast like at other hotels. The location is great, walking distance to the river, restaurants and parks. There are some bars in the area and also casinos. The rooms were a little small as well but worked fine for my family of 3. They were clean with modern finishes. The hotel offered good value and a great location. Just a quick walk to many attractions.
Delphine at the front desk was excellent and very personable and helpful. She made our stay personal and remembered me by name every time she saw me. If it wasn't for her this hotel would not have been memorable. The room was clean, the bed and pillows very exceptional. The room could use a microwave and fridge but we brought and ice chest of out own. The shower was a little dirty and not been deep cleaned for an obvious while. The burger and BLT at the bar was excellent and the staff there was very polite. I will recommend and stay again,
Booked this room for a couple's weekend getaway. The hotel is small but spotless. Our troubles started within an hour of arrival. First of all, despite what the website says, the hotel does not provide DVD players in the rooms. That aside, our TV wouldn't even turn on. We called maintenance, who arrived very quickly. Long story short, 2 TVs and 2 cable boxes later, it still wouldn't work. They agreed to move us to another room, but the only king room they had left was a handicapped-accessible one. No problem. The TV worked. The next day, after returning from a massage, our remote was gone. Seems it was scooped up in the linens when the bed was changed by housekeeping. We called, and they brought a new remote, which worked fine except for the volume button. We went to dinner, but when we returned, the TV wouldn't work. Maintenance was called (same gentleman as before). Another long story short, he switched the TV and brought 3 remotes. One of the three (and the new TV) worked.
There is a small bistro on the first floor. Very limited selection, but not bad food. They will deliver to your room if you ask. The hotel has a small gym, which is fine on the weekends. It is within walking distance of quite a few downtown attractions. They offer valet parking at $20 daily (the going rate downtown). The rooms do NOT have a small refrigerator.
We just very disappointed that it took 2 rooms, 4 TVs, 3 cable boxes, and 5 remote controls just to watch TV. We do not plan to return to this hotel. The Hilton Downtown, right across the street, and the Watermark, down the street, are better choices.

I happened to be convenient located at PJs coffee shop right across the street from the Indigo, so i walked over and consult the Valet Parking--Street Concierge master of all questions Indigo. Valet parking is $17+ / day including tax.
There is a public parking garage next door, but the valet service at the Indigo parks your car right behind the hotel in its own lot and in-&-out privileges are unlimited.
My experience is that the valet kiosk is right outside the main door on Convention Street and service is excellent, and "Wild" Bill, the Parking Master is a font of knowledge of all things Baton Rouge, destinations & routes. The Parking garage may seem cheaper initially, but every time you leave, you have to pay full price to get back in.
Our party loved "Wild" Bill and the whole staff was personable, very helpful and friendly.
Hope that answered you questions.
