We stayed at this hotel last weekend for Spanishtown Ball. We have stayed at the Hilton across the street years prior, but chose the Indigo this year instead. We were extremely impressed with everything. The staff is absolutely outstanding. No if, ands, or buts. Everyone was SO

It's clean & the staff is very professional. It is decorated well & the bed was comfortable. BUT...it is obviously a Holiday Inn re-do. It is missing the amenities of a more modern hotel. There are NO USB ports. Outlets are poorly places for plugging in charging boxes. No

Was there for a wedding in mid-Jan. The staff was amazing. They remembered us (in a good way, hopefully) while we stayed 3 nights for my cousins wedding. Walking distance to the venue, and right across from PJs coffee! The breakfast here was affordable and filling, but so

We arrived in this hotel really late or should I say early in the morning already. We were greeted by the valet he was very helpful, front desk was very nice too. The room is small but it’s ok. We were here for a short stay, I really didn’t even bother with having our room

Hi mzhersheykisses, "Travel like an explorer. Stay like a local." - That's what we want for our guests. That said, I'm delighted to read your stellar remarks about your first impression and our staff's hospitality. While it's also great that breakfast is to your liking, I'm sorry we missed the mark in terms of the sheets' condition. Your review is important and I've brought this to the team's attention so similar instances may be avoided. Thanks for staying with us and for the candor. We'd love to make your stay experience better than the last, soon! Happy travels, Jillian I Case Manager IHGService

Kristen, I happened to be convenient located at PJs coffee shop right across the street from the Indigo, so i walked over and consult the Valet Parking--Street Concierge master of all questions Indigo. Valet parking is $17+ / day including tax. There is a public parking garage next door, but the valet service at the Indigo parks your car right behind the hotel in its own lot and in-&-out privileges are unlimited. My experience is that the valet kiosk is right outside the main door on Convention Street and service is excellent, and "Wild" Bill, the Parking Master is a font of knowledge of all things Baton Rouge, destinations & routes. The Parking garage may seem cheaper initially, but every time you leave, you have to pay full price to get back in. Our party loved "Wild" Bill and the whole staff was personable, very helpful and friendly. Hope that answered you questions.

Riverview rooms are available, but always in high demand. Check for specific dates. Very pet friendly, no extra charge. The is even a Hotel Ambassador, Huey. A wonderful dog who loved to be checked out by guests and he will show you all the best spots in town.
