The room I got was completely disgusting. When I first walked in I felt like I got a punched in the face by the smell of feces. I went back downstairs and they told me they had no other rooms they could give me and they would shampoo the carpets when I went to dinner. The shampoo did not help...

There have definitely been some recent upgrades and renovations to this place. The paint job is new, and so are the bedspreads. They are certainly attempting to give the appearance of being modern. However, upon closer examination my desk was falling apart with nails sticking out, and the bathtub had chips out of it still. The bed is certainly comfortable...

We were very please to get this motel as we had to change from another area because of all the flooding. This area didn't get the damage. Rooms very clean but not daily. Did give us clean towels if we asked but never came into the room. It was okay because we had a lot of stuff with us. Felt...

Difficult access coming from the east. Newly remodeled, new mattresses. Local eateries within quarter mile...continuing west, easy return to I-10. Fenced area nearby good for unleashed dog walking. Have stayed several times at this location...

Stayed there a week on business. Everyday something was missing in our room coffee, bath towels, hand towels.....we would call the front desk or go there to get the missing item. After a long day at work, we called at 9 pm about not having a bath towel and was informed that they were in the dryer and would be...

While visiting family and a friend in Baton Rouge, the Siegan Lane La Quinta was the perfect hotel for our needs and for our available funds. There are many shopping locations nearby, and its proximity to the Interstate made it convenient for all our locations in Baton Rouge. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We will...

The biggest issue is making sure guest initial a stamped portion of their bill stating the hotel is 100% smoke free, and then opening up my room door and being blasted with the awful state smoke odors from previous guest. Extremely unpleasant sleeping experience.

Over 60 years old, female, traveling alone. I felt very unsafe and was scolded by staff on one occasion. The pool was at least elt 100 yards away from the hotel. Felt very far from the watchful eyes of hotel employees. Was sent to a room that hadn't been readied for next customer.

Thanks Ms. Goode for taking the time to let us know your experience both on the survey and on tripadvisor. I do apologize for you feeling scolded but i do remeber the incident about your dog not being allowed in the breakfast area, our intentions were not to scold it is a sanitary issue to allow pets and frowned upon...

The fitness center was out of Oder I was vey disappointed. This should have been relayed to centralize reservations so that I could have made the decision to stay or find another property. The staff was friendly. The breakfast could be better.

“This was hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I booked this hotel 2-3 weeks in advance. My receipt specifically says a double bed and I received a king bed. I was told by the very unfriendly women at the front desk that "This happens all the time and that's what I get for booking online." Not only was this my first and last time at a La Quinta, this was a business trip where I had to room with another person I had never met before and had to share a king bed because the hotel couldn't accommodate me.”
