We stayed at The Colonel's Cadiz Street B&B for Memorial Day weekend. It was a great location for us to ramble from Paducah, to Marion and Mammoth Caves. The surrounding neighborhood is modest, but the charm of the B&B caused us to barely notice. Charles gave us great information on "not to miss" attractions and dining. The room was very clean,...

My husband and I stayed here with my parents for Mother's Day weekend and had a wonderful time! Charles spared no detail when remodeling and preparing the accommodations. He also took extra care to make sure to preserve the history and legacies of Miss Sula and Miss Eliza, the home's first owners. The location was great, the beds were comfortable,...

We want to thank you for saying such nice things about our home. You know I truly enjoyed being your host over Mother's Day and meeting you two and your parents. It was a joy cooking for your family and sharing part of our lives with you. Always feel welcome back into our home when you return to this area....

Wonderful experience. The Colonel was just delightful. The breakfast he prepared were first class. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. I would totally recommend this B & B. Wifi was provided, TV in our room, and lovely living room. You felt like you were staying in your home away from home. Highly recommend.

Three of us planned to get together to visit a fourth last week and at the last minute changed our plans, deciding to stay at "The Colonel's House". We are so very glad for this change in plans. The innkeeper, Chef Charles showed us an amazing time, describing our gourmet breakfasts as he served them. We enjoyed the most beautifully...

We (My parents and I) had reservations here during my cross-country move from Atlanta to Seattle. My parents had gotten a flat tire and we needed a place to stop for the night, so I found this B&B on TripAdvisor while we were still about an hour plus away. Charles was very nice over the phone and friendly. Well, it...

My husband and I went to a Halloween party at some friends' house in Princeton. Being from Paducah, we figured it would be safer to spend the night in Princeton instead of driving back that night. We started to look online for hotels in Princeton and could not find much. We expanded our search and found the Cadiz Street Bed...

Going to the Cadiz Street Bed and Breakfast and meeting the owner, Charles, was like visiting a family member who couldn't wait to see you (and he's the best cook in the family). The Cadiz Street Bed and Breakfast comes with my highest recommendation. You will be happy that you stayed there.

My husband and I are so glad we stumbled across the Cadiz B&B. The Pratt's were extremely hospitable. They amazed us with their knowledge of the house and the local area. This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience and to say the least they set the bar VERY high for any future trips to other B&B's. The extras of the...

For our 10th anniversary my wife Berty and I rented the Cadiz Street B&B. We rented it for a week and were treated to the best lodging experience we’ve had in our travels thus far. We found the accommodations excellent. Colonel Pratt, our host, treated us to the best of fine dining that we’ve ever experienced. We appreciated all of...
