We have just returned from our stay at this hotel, we loved it, the staff are fantastic, the animation team was fantastic so much so my daughter leyla is wanting to return in summer for her birthday, the rooms are big spacious and clean, resteraunt manger levent helped me with my husband birthday table, the general manger and reception were amazing, lovely, clean, 5 star! The food was lovely with a good choice & drinks all fresh and tasty, Would highly recommend! We can't wait to return!

Generally quite poor experience. No staff speak more than 2 or 3 words of english. Impossible to make yourself underetood, without thevuse of google translate - even then staff pretend they can't understand (most likely because they just don't want to help). English people are treated worse in general than the german and russian guests. Always last to be served at the bars etc. Very basic for all inclueive. The alcohol is a choice of a very bad beer, or cheap vodka, whiskey, red and white wine (which my partner described as tasting like paint stripper). The food is absolutely horrendous. I am all for trying food from other places, and usually try and avoid the "english food" but was left eith no choice here. All the salads are served in a sort of brine dressing which was very salty. The chips were the only food i found appetising. Breakfast was by far the best meal of the day with a decent choice. All the cereal is totally stale. The desserts LOOK fantastic, bit generally tasted awful. The rooms are generally quite nice, housekeeping come in every day but do the bare minimum. Bathroom was only cleaned twice in 10 days, bed sheets were also only changed teice but bed was made every day. On 2 days the staff came before 9am to clean and were annoyed as we hadnt left a "do not disturb" on the door - weird they expect that to be left the night before? The spa staff are very nice. There is a woman who works in the reception in the spa who speaks decent english and is very helpful. The only part of the spavincluded in the all inclusive is the sauna, however as other reviews point out there is literally nothing in either direction for 30 mins so nothing else to spend money on. We were on the rear side of the hotel which was incredibly loud until 11.30pm at night due to entertainment from a neighbouring hotel. No way anyone could sleep until that had stopped which was very annoying. The beach is okay - quite pebbly and no real sand. No good for kids but okay just to relax on. Generally just about enough sun loungers by the pool and by the beach but could maybe do with a few more. Pool was okay but they do a sort of water volley ball game every day for an hour which pretty mich makes it off limits. We went on 2 day trips - one to Manavgat, and one to Alanya. We were told the manavgat tour the guide spoke "a little english" - he spoke absolutely none and the whole tour was delivered in german. This was still okay and we had a good time. The Alanya trip was far better, and i would recommend. Overall this Hotel would be a very generous 3* by English standards. As a compariosn we flew with Thomas Cook and because of them going under our return flight was cancelled whilst at the airport - we were put up in another 5* Hotel in Antalya for the night and it was like chalk and cheese. Friendly staff, beautiful interior, very modern, huge choice of food (including st about 2am when we checked in) and staff were so eager to help. We paid about £60 a night which i thought was a good deal but in hindsight was a bit of a rip off. I would have been happy paying about £30 a night. I think me giving 2 stars is generous but i dont believe this was bad enough to justify 1 star.... P.S do not ever trust anyone converting money for you as they will just make it up. Lira isnt really worth the poor conversion rate as everytbing is worked out in euros. Its currently approx 6.2 Lira to the pound but they'll round it up to at least 7 or even 7.5.

First of all it’s not 5 stars hotel. There was just one Swimming pool and it was too small and outside beach is disgusting. The food is not tasty. The rooms are too small and also there are not any towels and bathrobes. Whole day we were waiting our rooms to be cleaned. Also it’s not all inclusive hotel, cocktails, game zone, fruits, tea and everything was expensive. Shopping centers were very far and the taxi was too expensive too ( approximately 50 euro ) Totally we are so disappointed.

Lovely hotel staff couldn't be more helpful to us even though they could hardly speak English and we couldn't speak Turkish. Kids club is great and the workers there are very friendly. There's a good choice of food although some very weird try them if your staying here you may like them. Hotel itself is very clean and tidy. WE WERE THE ONLY ENGLISH FAMILY IN THE HOTEL BUT STILL HAD A GOOD TIME. Only thing I'd recommend is that the entertainment is more English friendly.

We arrived late at night and were shown to our room to quickly drop our bags then taken to a dark restaurant and shown the late night food option which I can only describe as cold slop (maybe at some point earlier in the day it may have been soup) but it wasn’t that when we got it. We ate some bread and decided to forgo the slop and went back to have a look at the room and freshen up before bed after a long day of traveling to find we had no towels in the room. I went to reception to get towels where they insisted the towels were already in the bathroom , I insisted there was none in the room they then send a fella up with some who looked all around the room and bathroom before giving us the towels. Next day we asked about safe in the room only to be told we had to pay extra for it this was €1.50 per day We also had to pay extra for the internet if we wanted to access it anywhere in the hotel, let me add that this was an extra charge of €13.00 per week per device and when we discovered that it was no good and we couldn’t download what we wanted we quickly cancelled it- however the day we were leaving and went to check out they accosted us with an itemized bill saying that we used the payment internet instead of the free internet in lobby. At breakfast they charged for the orange juice carrot juice and fruit juice, at the pool they charged for fruit, for popcorn, for candy floss, for milkshakes, frappes. The games room was also at an extra charge and pretty expensive- this was the only form of entertainment the hotel offered unless you spoke German or Russian. We did think about going to the bingo but decided against it when they said there was a charge on this as well and the prizes was a cenger t-shirt....... no thanks I needed no reminders of this hotel EVER!!!!! The ONLY entertainment we had the whole time was watching new hotel guests jump into the ice cold swimming pool- we nearly got hyperthermia the one and only Ike we went in. There was very little in the line of alcohol at this hotel, there was no basic drinks like you would expect like Captain Morgan,Bacardi,Brandy,Baileys, Tia Maria, there were no cocktails and the only drink offered was cheap vodka, gin, raki, whiskey or one choice of draft beer. The food was terrible, most days what was served at breakfast was reheated and served again at lunch time, likewise what was offered at lunch was also reheated again and served at dinner. There was no English food on offer and the meat served several nights was liver and heart and I’m sorry not in a million years would I eat that. Both myself and my partner ate salads the first couple of days but we ended up with bad diarrhea and upset tummy’s so avoided salad then. Breakfast was a choice of breads or eggs....the fruit on offer was either gone or damaged. In the end we ate out every day to avoid the poisoning and this also added and additional cost of buses and taxis and the hotel was in middle of nowhere. For the duration of our holiday the A/C in our room would not work when we called down to complain they would tell up a hotel technician would be up immediately-an hour later we were still waiting- I went to reception several days and they would come to the room fiddle with the buttons and tell us that the A/C was now working.....but it wasn’t. Anytime we would complain about anything they would use the language as a barrier- No-one spoke English and we felt so isolated in this hotel. We paid extra for a deluxe room with a view however there was no room with a view as there was another great big hotel built right slap bang in front of ours which blocked the view of the sea and the sunshine too during the day when sunbathing. BAD POINTS * Reception ignored you if you spoke English and dealt with those behind in queue that spoke German or Russian. * electric went out one night on several occasions and elevators went out of action * Elevator didn’t work several nights and was painfully slow during the day( this was horrid as we were on the 4th floor and I have a heart condition) * Room wasn’t cleaned every day. *meal time was like feeding frenzy at the zoo. * mini bar consisted of 4 bottles of water 2 still, 2 sparkling and 2 small cartons of kids ribena juice. * Beach was all pebbles not sandy at all. * No kettle or tea making facilities in room- Also no iron in the room!! * Cutlery wasn’t always clean and plates were all chipped. GOOD POINTS * My partner was with me so the company was great * The weather was really nice for the most part This hotel is completely misrepresented by the tour operator who sold us this (what they called wonderful holiday), I have made a complaint and have requested a full refund as this was not the holiday I had paid for, Either way I will name the tour operator after their 28 day investigation.

We were a group of 10 people. We expected a 5 stars hotel but get a 2 or 3 stars hotel. Rooms were ok, but cleaning was poor. At the beginning before occupinying the room I had to ask to clean the room twice before it was roughly ok, then just bathroom was cleaned, towels were changed and bed was made the last two days nobody cleaned the room. After claiming on the reception one day they asked, if we want fresh towels, the second they asked if they should send housekeeping. Swimming pool area was dirty. Food was every day the same. Non alcoholic drinks were diluted sugary drinks (orange/ pineapple/ berry), also diluted cola. Red wine was good. Lunch bag was one poor sendvich and an apple for the whole day. You'll survive, but for 5 stars I would expect much more.

Just returned from this hotel this morning ...this hotel is probably a 2 star at best ... the hotel caters to German tourism only from the style of food to the staff who are unable to answer any simple query or understand a drinks order and were openly dismissive The majority of the guests at the hotel were German and were openly hostile from staring to walking into you.. meal times were like feeding time at the zoo!! Food is disgustingly cheap and constantly cold I actually lost weight which is not what you expect from a week at at an all inclusive hotel We had booked an economy room which meant effectively we lived in a dungeon for a week with the only window in the room being above head height no terrace or balcony The mini bar in the room is actually 4 bottles of water 2 still and 2 sparkling The mattress was stained and you were given a towel type blanket as a cover we discovered a piece of mouldy bread under our bed when we were checking our room prior to departure and it wasn’t ours There is a hotel which has been built in front of this one not only obscuring the beach view but also blocking the sun from the entire pool area after about 3.30 The beach is cobbled and sandy but the only safe entrance way is via a pier as the whole shore line is slippery rocks so you are unable to enter or sit at the seas edge Entertainment was virtually zero and did not match the timetable and as the hotel is quite isolated it is expensive to leave the resort every day The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is they don t skimp on drink measures and the pool was lovely and clean other than that I would not recommend anyone going to this hotel I have travelled to various countries in the last 20 years and stayed in accommodation from 2* to 5 * and this hotel is the worst place I have ever been

We were slightly worried after reading reviews on here, but we have just returned from a week here. We were a family group of eight. Bedrooms were fine, clean enough and no problems with house keeping. Highly recommend rafting - we went with Rapido and a fantastic day out. Side is a taxi ride of about 20 mins but highly recommended in the evening. As far as we could see - no hotel shuttle buses to anywhere. Hence only the 3 stars with the fact that not one member of staff seemed to acknowledge us at all.... cos we were English. Forget animation team unless you like darts. Food ok... Just be picky... a young 'grumpy again' chef was cooking chicken on griddle and mixing raw and cooked then dripping raw juices onto cooked pieces he was handing out. ... if you've already booked then go and enjoy. If you haven't, maybe closer to side itself.
