The check-in process was not only welcoming but efficient. I received a call from the front desk within a half hour asking if I found everything satisfactory. Everything was most satisfactory, but I could not find my cell phone charger. I was told someone would bring one to me to use during my stay. I found the charger but was...

Our dinner group decided to take a short trip to The Brown. There were 10 in our group and everyone felt the same, it was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were large and very clean. I would stay there again.

I have always wanted to stay here. Finally got my chance! Loved walking around looking at the furniture. One of the main things we did the first night was to have the Hot Brown. We held a conference her, and every member of the Brown staff was amazingly helpful and made our event a success. Additionally, he guest rooms were beautiful and spacious. My only complaint is that their were no power outlets near the bedside tables. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations.

In addition to the polished service and beautifully restored 1920's glamourous decor, the mattress was sublime. The room is oriented longways, resulting in far more windows and light than today's long, skinny motel rooms.

What a beautiful place. The staff was very friendly and the food was yummy. I will definitely return. Check out the beautiful ceiling! Ask the bar tender for the best drinks, you won't be disappointed.

This place is great, sheets are soft and clean, the architecture of this building is so beautiful you'll never want to leave. It's been a while since I've stayed here but I remember there being a great view of the city.

Overall service was great, especially the front desk and room service. The lobby bar service could use a little tune up. Rooms are generous in size and building is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The hotel has a great location; just few blocks from fine restaurants and live entertainment in town. The staff was very friendly and offered excellent service. I highly recommend to dine @ the English Grill.
