My husband, 3 young kids and i stopped here after calling around louisville for a vacant room and it was so bad, so unbeleivably bad that we left even though my kids were all crying to get to sleep (they are 3, 2, 7 months) and it was midnight. There was blood spatter on the walls, litter everywhere, obvious illegal... More

I stastayed at this hotel for 11 days and paid a little over $700. Although they offer Wi-Fi the signal strength is very weak. They advertise free deluxe continental breakfast, you only get waffles and biscuits and gravy on the weekend. If you are fortunate enough to get toast and coffee, your lucky. I paid for a non smoking room,... More

My husband stayed at this hotel on October 21. Not only was the room disgusting, as you can see by the pictures. This hotel has charged us almost $800 on our debit card over the last 2 days for a room that was $57. When I called the hotel the man who answered the phone said there was nothing they... More

This place is a craphole. I stayed here because the entire town was booked. Slept with one eye open watching my truck. Kept my clothes and shoes on. Lock fell off my door. Trip advisor shouldn't even be displaying this property. Some rooms were burned out from crack cooking.

I've stayed here three times in as many years -- I like the location, right across the street from Steak N Shake, a couple of blocks within walking distance of Krispy Kreme, and all the usual shopping stores (Walmart, Target, etc.) and fast-food places (McDonalds, KFC, etc.) within a few miles. Not sure what's going on with the ownership (or... More

We stayed here twice during a two week trip. It is an attractive facility and well kept up. The lobby, hallways and rooms are very clean. You check in at the main entrance and are then directed to your room. In our case we asked for a ground floor room You unload your car directly from your room's parking space.... More

We came to the cafeteria in the morning of July 24. During the process of making our waffle,a lady suddenly rushed to open the lid of grill iron and took the waffle out for us. We told her we can take it out by ourselves. She insisted that we cannot let the waffle laid on the grill after the beeping... More

First of all I was falsely told there was a pool we would be able to swim in but when I got there it was closed and they refused to refund me money to go somewhere else when that was the biggest reason I chose the hotel do to it raining outside! Next, my family and I did not sleep... More

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible neighborhood. Very rundown hotel. Wasn't planning to use the pool but was horrified to see that the pool had been closed by the health department.

Do not stay here unless you have to! Dead roaches on the floor, dirty towels, dirty linens, disgustingly dirty carpets & tiled floors, half used shampoo & lotion bottles, outside key doors don't lock.
