Stayed here the night before an early flight. The room was nice. It had separate living room area (sofa makes into a bed) with it's own TV and door. This is handy if you have kids or someone who wants to stay up later. The...More
It is clean and quiet, The free breakfast is good. The location next to the airport and Ky expo center is so convenient. The suite style worked very well for us. Also the Kentucky Kingdom park is right next door. It is all here.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. It is always appreciated to hear from our guests.
Stayed on a Thursday night for $90 in a room with two queen beds. Beds were not comfortable at all to me, I like soft pillow top beds and these were not soft. The breakfast was great, had a variety of things. The employees were...More
The entire hotel is suite style, which was great for traveling with a friend and a student as the student could have her own area (pull-out couch and television) with a solid door between her room and ours (with 2 queen beds and another television)....More
This hotel is a very well placed hotel. Out of our back window was the Expo center, which could be bad if it gets nosy, The exit to the Interstate is nearby and hops and restaurants are close by. The hotel was clean, the room...More

you will need a car get to any place to eat. The hotel has a breakfast no other offering. Within a mile of the hotel there is the Cardinal Grill that reminds me a bit like a Chilli's or other mid scale burger place. Salads pretty good. Good burgers and chicken. Then at the other direction, left from the hotel, drive to the second light ( by Mc Donalds) and turn right. On the left side of the road is a green awning pizza place, name escapes me) but the Pizza is very good.

Even though Kentucky Kingdom is in the hotel's backyard you would have a pretty lengthy walk to get to is because you have to go to one of the gates to get onto the property and then double back to get to the Kingdom. Take a look at the map on the hotel website to get an idea of how far it actually is. The neighborhood is fine but there is a ton of traffic. I would not recommend walking, especially if you have little kids. The hotel has a shuttle, you could check to see if they go there. We go to a convention at the main expo center and drive over. No sense in getting worn out before you even start!
