When we arrived, Jason immediately showed us around the Inn and up to our room in the Rosalie Suite. He even made our dinner reservations at a fantastic restaurant! The room/home is beautiful, well kept, and very clean. For breakfast, we were able to choose how we wanted our eggs cooked which was nice and the food was delicious. We...

We had no idea this would be such an intimate and homey B&B. We drove onto the grounds and expected to see a reception staff and "lobby" of sorts. Nope, we basically stumbled into Jason's Inn, were warmly greeted by Jason, and quickly shown to our room. This is a beautiful, well-adorned home. The decor is stylish and modern but...

My family and I loved staying at this gorgeous property located in the heart of horse country. Watching the sun set over the rolling hills and horses from this beautiful retreat was stunning. We enjoyed delicious breakfast prepared by Anna. Jason was extremely helpful, funny, nice, and gave us an entire education on the culture of horse racing. Everything about...

The property has recently been renovated and building and grounds are beautiful. It is a small horse farm located in the heart of horse country near Keeneland. We enjoyed the outdoor gardens and watching the mares and foals in the fields. The owner/innkeeper very personable and helpful. Breakfast was made to order. We just spent one night and wished we...

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed ! It was like staying at a friends beautiful home. The decor is so clean and crisp, and at the same time warm and cozy. How wonderful to arrive to a gated estate. Immediately you feel special. The house and rooms are immaculate. We were lucky enough to be there when there were baby horses.. spent hours just watching them run and play. Staying there and visiting the near by horse track made me fall in love with Kentucky!! And the owner, he is very...

Where do I begin? I absolutely fell in love with everything about this beautiful place in blues grass horse country of Kentucky. Jason the proprietor was quiet at first but we learned so much from him as we chatted . The Inn was in fabulous shape after the complete renovation a couple of years ago. The room was fresh and...
