This was a great prelude to Christmas but communication is the key if you plan to stay during the Holidays. We actually headed home Christmas Day but that was our choice though we had planned to stay until the next day. The restaurant closed on the 23rd afternoon, linen services was not available starting the am of the 24th, or...

We have rented different cabins at the state park for years. I have a large family in the area and there is not enough room at anyone's house for all of us when we all visit Western Kentucky at the same time. The 3 bedrooms are HUGE: six double or queen beds plus a fold out or two and couches....

The room was large and well furnished with a balcony overlooking part of Ky Lake. They have very small bathrooms with little room to turnaround. Also the lamps on the bedside did not have plugs for your electronics. We found wall plugs to use but they were not next to the bed. Some maintenance items need to be cared for....

The Cottage was great for 2 people to getaway & then the Thanksgiving Buffet at the KY Dam Village Resort by the lake was De-li-cious! It was so great not to worry about cooking & dealing with family members! We went to eat at the buffet at around 230pm & only had to wait for a table about 15 minutes!...

We stay at a cabin or the motel once a year as we attend the Indian Artifact show held nearby in the meeting area. Location is excellent for us and near several restaurants which serve tasty, reasonably priced meals. Room was clean, quiet and recently updated. View from the balcony of the lake and trees was spectacular. Motel offers an...

Quiet, beautiful, well maintained, reasonably priced, friendly staff and fantastic food at restaurant. The best was our waitress who went above and beyond to take care of us and treat us special. She made us a dessert to share that was great.

Kentucky Dam village state park is a great little get away for family fun. Boating, fishing, hiking, biking or just relaxing, this is the place to be. It's pretty there every season, but especially during the fall. The state park is convenient to other local attractions. The entire Kentucky Lake area (3 lakes), are top notch for family fun.

My husband and I stayed here recently for a short get away from the kids. The room was acceptable and seemed to be clean. We quickly discovered the king size bed was very uncomfortable. It was so hard I told my husband i would just assume sleep on the floor. I tossed and turned all night long, as did my...

We had not visited Kentucky Dam Village for several years, but had always wanted to return. We were not disappointed. We did not get the good view of the marina as we were hoping and had asked for, but the view from room 235 was still good and very peaceful. The room was clean. The staff was very polite, helpful,...
