bathroom was disgusting; black mold on toilet and in shower. charge for breakfast, even for diamond Hhonors members. Hilton has numerous properties in the Lexington locale; recommend looking elsewhere.
Stayed for three nights, suite was wonderful. A couple small things regarding the room, but addressed them at front desk. Very clean hotel, Lysol wipes by door and elevator. Bed was good, a little highway noise but not too bad. Ask for room in front of hotel. Front desk was great! They have a bar open from 5-9 right now and Sharon was great. Enjoyed our adult beverages!
First priority of the day for the day crew is sweeping the hallway at 7am banging the door each time. Don’t expect to sleep in. Pretty disappointing on a weekend when you really want to sleep in. At check in we were told continental breakfast included but it was not.
Mold in the shower and previous customer’s bag of garbage on the floor behind the curtains indicating vacuuming wasn’t too thorough. Front desk employees were not wearing masks. COVID is on the rise and employees are interacting with people from around the country. For their own protection you would think they would want to wear a mask. Maybe people in Kentucky don’t die from COVID. The pillows were nice. Usually we stay at the Best Western across the parking lot but they were booked for the Labor Day weekend. The BW was cleaner and took COVID more seriously.
Peaceful and comfortable. Loved the digital key not having to keep up with a card key was the best part of the trip. Location was spot on all kinds of eateries close to hotel as close to the highway which was a must for us.
