The room was clean and looked like it had recently been redone. The check in process was quick and easy and I was impressed by the competence of the man at the desk. I would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable beds, empty pool so I could swim laps, lack luster breakfast I did use the apple juice to cook my own oatmeal in my room. OJ was tang, scrambled eggs upset my stomach, must have been cooked with hydrogenated vegetable oil. No milk for breakfast.
Very friendly staff. Just spent 1 night. We were traveling to meet up with friends. We will keep this property on our stay again list when we go to the area again. There were restaurants close enough for us to walk to.
The staff were super sweet and truly wanted to make sure that your stay was great. We had some problems at check in due to the staff member being new and never having worked in hotel industry before, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The room had a musty odor due to the a/c unit leaking, which was apparently known about because there was towels under the unit. We might not have noticed the odor if we had let housekeeping clean the room that morning but we elected not too and noticed it our second night. The bathroom is SMALL. If you have claustrophobia, do not stay in room 215 or if you do, don't plan on closing the door to the bathroom - which you have to wedge yourself between commode and shower to do...
One of the best beds ever BUT I am short — the bed was high making it a challenge to get climb in! Providing some kind of step stool would be helpful for “height-challenged” people me! Breakfast was adequate. Their new pancake machine is a clever idea!
