Me and my family have used this hotel numerous of times. Each time we were very happy. Super nice and understanding. Wifi is very spotty but other than that very happy with our stay. We will be back! Ps... Get the king room with the jacuzzi 😜

The wi-fi was terrible. I couldn't even browse the internet, room was clean but something bit me while laying in the bed. Heater took 2 hours to warm up the room but it stayed warm after that. Staff was friendly. Room had no fridge, phone or microwave so wouldn't be great for long term stays but one or two nights it's ok.

Our room was spacious and clean, no complaints except it did not have a coffee maker, but the staff was super helpful and friendly and brought me a coffee maker as soon as I mentioned it. Normally they would have had a continental breakfast set up with plenty of coffee there, but Covid has that shut down at the moment - not the hotel's fault. Wi-fi worked fine, TV had plenty of stations, conveniently located to the hiking in Red River.

This was the only available room in the area. Read review prior to booking and was not expecting much. Room was musty, small flies were everywhere, roaches were noticeable. Toilet would not flush, tub leaked, tv dates the last remodel. I haven't seen a tv like that in 20 years. Looked at getting another motel in the area, but there are zero options. Room was double the price it should be. If you are looking for adventure, then this is the place to stay! Note to staff: Price should be a bit cheaper with no breakfast!

The room was decent for the cost, but I was not able to get wifi. Was very important because I tend to plan vacations as I go. Sounds like normally the wifi works well. I would be really upset, but the new girl Trina, saved the review for the hotel. She was nice and was very helpful trying to get me some wifi. She checked a closer room to see if I can get the wifi, no luck. I appreciated the extra effort. Turned a 1 star review into 4. I would recommend the hotel owners to look into mesh networks if there is a common issue with the wifi. In an area that has no cell coverage it is important for the hotels to have good wifi.
