The hotel offered a walk in special that was a great rate. Property appears to have recently been renovated. Comfortable bed. Quiet, even though I was at the back of the property near the highway. Staff friendly. I'd stay again.
We got in late and had a room reserved. Got to our room and it was completely full of marijuana smell. Called front desk and they came and sprayed room with something. When I called the front desk to change rooms, they said it was their last room even though the parking lot was no where near full, would not return my money to go elsewhere. So, we had to smell someone smoking marijuana all night. Also, rooms are remodeled and nice but desk area in room had grease on it and hair in the sheets and on bathroom floor. Wall was dirty near garbage. Breakfast was pretty much cereal and coffee. Nothing to write home about. Price is good but pay the 30 more to go elsewhere.
I assume it’s because of the lack of financial gain that Wyndham doesn’t receive with their own rewards program that the rewards staff and management will go out of there way NOT to help they prefer to hang up, place you on hold for ridiculously long wait times, or just bounce you around from rep to rep, but there are better discounts every single day than what they offer, don’t bother with the rewards they won’t help unless they see $$$$
Very nicely refurbished. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly . Breakfast was adequate. An issue of a USA today would have been nice. The room was set up for an adjoining room access thus did not have a chair to use other than an uncomfortable built-in lounge.
The rooms look nice at first glance but the carpeting has been replaced with flooring so every activity in the room above is heard. And the curtains don't close so the parking lot lights shine in the room brightly.
