The health department showed up and shut the pool down. The next morning I woke up with an eye infection. And there was a naked guy in the parking lot. I had to call the police to get him out of there. He was peeing all over the parking lot in front of my daughters. It was disgusting!!!!
I called in on March 31 at 2 PM to make a reservation for the Jacuzzi room I was told that it was open and available they took my credit card information over the phone however when I got to the hotel I was put on the third floor in room 306 as soon as we stepped off of the elevator you could smell the wreaking odor of marijuana I made a complaint immediately but not before I made it to my room to set my things down and discovered that we did not get the Jacuzzi room they just put us in a room with two beds. I immediately went downstairs to make my complaint and ask what happened to our room the lady downstairs told us that the Jacuzzi room had been booked for a week prior and the guy that was in the room still had it booked for another week but she failed to mention that it was her that had that room not a male and she told me to just stay in the room I was in that night and the next morning management would fix the issue for me and give me a discount since the reservation room that I had booked was indeed not available however the next morning when I went down to speak to management, management told me that The room was indeed open that no one did have that room and she put me in the room immediately! That night the woman that works there that had the jacuzzi room the night before, the one that stole it from my family she was across the hall from us and had a man and her sister in the room with her they were drinking all night in the hallways and outside of the lobby they invited another girl to their room the girl later got kicked out of the room by the woman that works there but she was not actually on shift she was just staying there the front desk told me that the woman had been staying there for six months prior and that this was a normal thing with her she would invite males and females to her room get them drunk and messed up on drugs then kick them out and they cause a scene! The woman that they kicked out was beating on their door trying to get them to let her in they ignored her but she kept yelling profane obscenities and my children heard a lot of things that they should have never heard my children are only 6&10 it was midnight when all of this started but it didn’t end until I called the cops around 3 because I asked the front desk to handle the situation and they told me that they wouldn’t be calling the cops because they wanted the girl to calm down and go back to her room! We had bedbugs and cockroaches! Stay away from this hotel! Beware…
Pros: Firm bed (which we liked; some may not) Good water pressure in shower TV works Night stands on both sides of bed Variety at light breakfast (juice, coffee, tea, toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt) Cons: Very tiny room Forget the couch that the internet picture shows; only had one small hard chair Wall thermostat not attached to cooler/heater; manual operation with no temperature display Doors were spring loaded to close (had to use a suitcase to hold open the bathroom door; almost got locked out of room while trying to move luggage out) No alarm clock (the microwave did have a time display but it was pointed away from the bed) Was there internet? I was never given a password Walls were paper thin (could hear the TV next door all evening and people talking in the next room and hall) No carpet on floor (maybe this is an advantage for cleaning, but it made a racket when I moved the chair back to the desk) Bathroom faucet leaked on countertop when turned on Bathroom exhaust fan was broken…
Beds were hard, pillows flat, old bedding, AC wouldn't stay on, slamming doors & talking loud all night in the halls which could be heard through walls, no hot water, worthless breakfast, rude people.
Start with the positives, bed was comfortable and there was running water. In room 101 the carpet was in horrible shape torn a couple inches away from the tile about 3 or 4 feet wide. The couch in the room was so stained up it needed to be tossed( we wouldn't touch it). The towel rack in the bathroom was very rusted. Breakfast was a no go. The area was very dirty with limited selection. We passed due to the lack of cleanliness
