My husband is disabled in a wheelchair. The room we reserved was one of the best hotel rooms for his condition we have ever stayed in. There was a large roll in shower with plenty of room for him to get in and out. The room was uncarpeted which made it easier for him to maneuver.
This hotel is unique, as the other reviewers have said. Its location is fantastic. It is just off the highway, close to fast food restaurants, gas stations, and Starbucks. We needed to get some medicine at Huck's, the nearby convenience store, and we were very happy they had what we needed. It is also close to The Corvette Museum, which was great, because we could hear the cars being test driven across the street. We were greeted by Tuesday, the check-in manager, and I liked her right away. The staff here is very welcoming and they really make extra effort to make sure you are happy. Our first room had a leak under the sink, so they moved us to another room immediately. I have read the comments about the concrete floor. Yes, it is different, and yes, the very large room is a little minimalistic, but it is very clean. You don't have to worry about what dirt and grime is hiding in the carpet. Great tv reception, one in the living area, and one in the bedroom (we had a two bed suite). Yes, a full kitchen, which was really nice for Sunday morning breakfast. There is a coffee maker in the room, but we used the coffee bar right outside our room. It was complimentary, and you can get just about any kind of coffee drink you want. One of the comments was that getting your coffees at the complimentary bar was slow, which was true. If you are in a hurry, this isn't a great option, but it was great for us! On Sunday morning, there were some complimentary muffins and pastries and fruit. Thanks so much for everything! The service was excellent, as all the other reviews have said. The price wasn't high. I would stay here on a return trip.…
A quick overnight visit on our way to Nashville, hubby wanted to see the Corvette Museum. The facility was clean, good layout and basically no issues. It reminded me of when I spent time in Norway/Denmark. Very clean lines, no carpet, a comfy bed with a duvet. Simple but did the job. A very good Mexican restaurant just down the road. Would stay again if in the area of Bowling Green, KY.
We had a great experience! We had a late check in and they were accommodating and made it a simple check in as well as check out the next morning. Friendly and very helpful staff! We didn't use the parking garage spots but a super neat option for those who need this! Would definitely stay here again!!
Not fancy, however very new, clean, and comfortable. Free use of washers and dryers including soaps is greatly appreciated!! Great high end walk in shower. Staff were very accommodating. Garages are a plus for those who want one.
Awesome suite, more of an apartment. Car wash type shower with enough heads for 3 showers. Only complaint is sound insulation. Can hear things in adjacent rooms and outside. Coffee bar is a nice touch, but it takes too long when there are a few people waiting. Put out a pump pot for those who need to be on their way.
One of my favorite funky independent hotels. The owner is frequently on site, the complimentary coffee bar is great and the rooms are very clean and spacious. I come here every time I get to Bowling Green. They even have enclosed car garages for the car guy or gal
We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Sync. Our room was a spacious suite, with a large living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable; the TV, besides the usual array of networks, had the ability to show programs and movies from my phone - so we could watch, for example, Netflix. The shower was a 5 spray rain shower, the type you might see in the best hotels and spas. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating 0. It is a locally owned hotel - we ran into the owner a couple of times, and he was also very nice. The hotel has a free guest laundry, helpful of you’re on the road for a while. All in all, an excellent place to stay off you are in Bowling Green.
This simple yet well appointed property focuses on the things that matter most to me as I travel for work. It has a comfortable king sized bed with ceiling fans in bedroom with black out curtains. Access to full kitchen to cook or reheat as I see fit, full sized fridge for all my goodies. And a relaxingly hot shower with fantastic multiple shower heads. Plenty of space when none of it has been wasted. Intentional and well thought out designs. Local bakery goods and an espresso bar in the lobby are just the icing on the cake. I stay here every time I am in KY.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sync. The 2 Queen bed suite was huge and immaculately clean. Great shower! The owner suggested a very good place for dinner and everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
