I have heard so many bad things about this place and when my sister came to visit over the summer and stayed there, I saw that all the rumors were true. The do not offer housekeeping during your stay, they do not place necessary items in the room such as toilet paper in the rooms. They smelled weird when you first walked in. They have bed bugs at the establishment. I would not recommend staying here at all. Even if you are looking for an extended stay, go somewhere else.
My plans changed and I needed to extend my stay. On day of check out, I had a second reservation made. The unprofessional manager told me I can't do that and would need to pay a $30 late fee. Mind you it was 930am and checkout wasn't till 11am. So when I asked how was it a late fee, she said "it was policy and to pay our get out." The head maintenance superintendent was in the office at this time and followed me. He apologized and said things have gone down hill in occupancy since she was brought in as GM. It's the cheapest place in town and there is a reason for it. Beware.
The staff is wonderful, the rates are good if you stay a week, $312 and some change for 7 days. If you stay 1 night it was $80, way over priced. The rooms are in need of A major update and new carpet. but are somewhat clean. I would not recommend staying here just because the street is full of hotels, Q-INN, Bay Mon, ect. but I would recommend advance RSVP because you are in bowling green KY the hotels get full very quick on weekends, and holidays and summer time. I would advise a few mo. in advance. there is wifi that you will be charged for and there is alot of guest that live here and stay for mo. at a time, I would call it more of A apartment then A hotel. NOT recommend at all!
This was the absolute worst experience with a hotel that I've ever had. The room had a very bad odor, found one bug in the bed and one crawling in the bathroom. A/C didn't not work, lighting in the room was dim and made the room even more dingy looking and feeling. We checked in and then quickly checked out.
The only good thing about this place was the location. We felt unsafe there with our children due to the non guests coming in and out of the back door continuously. The whole place smelled off smoke and odors, it was loud all night, the air conditioner did not work. When we went to speak to an employee the morning of checkout, there was no one in sight and we had to call the phone number. I stayed awake all night due to safety concerns so my husband could get some rest after driving for 14+ hours. We did try to book somewhere else after we arrived here but everything within 100 miles was completely booked. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to feel safe or care about cleanliness.
