From the outside this appears to be a newer, modern hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. When we went to our rooms, housekeeping was actually still in one of them. Our key cards didn’t work when we went back later. The king bed in our room was fine and clean. There was a used Kleenex on the floor and in the other room (two queens) we found a packet of cigarettes. It appears as though some updating is happening but it was shocking to see a desk chair in such disrepair. The flood lights in the parking lot poured into our room all night as the curtains didn’t pull all the way to the edge. The breakfast was minimal - they did have their waffle maker up and running but there really was no options for gluten free people except an apple. Overall - not a terrible place to lay your head for the night - just ask for a room not facing the parking lot and plan for breakfast elsewhere if you have dietary restrictions.…
Fly carcasses in the light fixtures, mold on the ceiling vents, torn curtains, dirty sink, bullet hole in the divider door, filthy tub they tried to make look better by painting over. Torn lampshade Allot of hotels in this area with similar pricing… Not recommended to anyone
This hotel is disgusting. Stains on the carpet, room and halls smell bad, and furniture is dirty. No blow dryer in the room so I called the desk and they don’t have any. For $189/night before tax the room should be clean and basic essentials should be in the room
Dirty dirty dirty. Halls, rooms, all run down. Very disappointing for a country inn that we always choose. Grab and go breakfast is a joke. It looks as if Radisson just purchased this from another hotel owner and didn’t do anything with it. Do yourself a favor and spend extra 40 dollars for a hotel that you can feel clean in.
OK LETS START WITH THE POSITIVE ASPECTS. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Compared to other Country Inn and Suites this is below average. Still a nice hotel but could have done much better. Our room simply was not prepared properly for a guest. There was only one towel, no bag for the ice bucket, food left in the refrig from the previous guest and toothpaste left in the sink. Only a very a small roll of TP. After going to the front desk they did provide the missing items for us to retrieve ...no problems but the guest should not have to be the housekeeping. Breakfast 6-9am, was "to go" only. The coffee was empty. If you like microwave Jimmy Dean sandwiches you will like this. They did have yrt, cereal, granola bars and muffins individually wrapped.…
