Don't understand reviews I'm reading. We visited the place this week. We booked a familyroom. Room is basic but ok. But the dinner is really not worth the money. Apparantly the mother is cooking what is supposed to be a dinner. Main plate was a plat of just cooked meat. No vegetables, No patatoes. Nothing just a plate of overcooked...

As pilgrims, we were used to walking, but by the end of a hot day we not happy to have to walk a kilometer off the Camino to La Aldea. This negative attitude quickly changed as Anna, the daughter of the owner, also Anna, gave us a warm welcome. She immediately offered us her car so that we might be...

I stayed here while on the Camino and was hoping for a relaxing night with some good food as I had grown tired of Albergues and Pilgrim meals. When i rang to make the reservation, Anna was very friendly and offered to pick me up from the local town, i said i would walk and when i arrived although she...

Stayed here one night while on the Camino and it was awesome! Very relaxing, very comfortable- Ana, our host, and her daughter could not have been nicer! The room was very clean and comfortable, the private bath was large and very well stocked and the meals, made by Ana, were delicious! We were rejuvenated and ready to hit the Camino...

We stayed here for one night during our Camino. It's off the Camino trail but with some perseverance, you can find it. It's at the end of the road. They should post some signage at the beginning of the road so that we know where we are heading towards. The hospitality is wonderful but they dont speak English so if...

Stopped here with 3 friends when cycling the Camino de Santiago. A little off the beaten track but well worth the effort, with a warm, homely welcome for the traveller. Run by Mom and Daughter, pleasant rooms nicely furnished with a few homely touches and all spick and span. Nice dinner and breakfast. A quiet location, with no through traffic....

This wonderful rural casa is a short walk off the Camino and well worth it. We had a great welcome from Anna1 and Anna2, a mother and daughter team who run the place. Comfortable very quiet and quirky bedrooms.

My husband and I stayed at Aldea La Encantada in May 2013 during our pilgrimage by foot from St Jean to Santiago. I had experienced a particularly hard day the day we arrived and the hospitality of this lovely home and our hostess, Ana, literally embraced me. Ana arranged to pick us up right at the trail, although we could...

We were four cyclists who stayed at La Aldea Encantada whilst doing the Camino; the experience was unforgettable. Even though we couldn't speak Spanish, we were made to feel more like family than like guests; Ana went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities are first class, dinner and breakfast was better than any we had...

We were a group of 6 ladies after finishing 5 days of walking on the Camino. As we were unable to find any accommodation in Belorado, we decided to trust in the recommendation of John Brierley in his book " A Pilgrim's Guide to the Camino de Santiago." What a great choice! It was well worth turning off the main...
