Great wolf was a nice place for the kids to have fun. It was very clean and the shops were nice. It was also a good place to relax for parents. There was plenty of life guards in the water park area so I knew my kids would be safe.

The water park is of average size. It took about 20 minutes to get through the ride lines. There's so much chlorine in the water and air that everyone's eyes were burning after an hour. Cleanliness of room, friendliness of staff, location, etc. were all average and what was expected. My biggest problem was the price... our one night stay...

$375.00 a night for a basic room is ridiculous. It was during spring break, I understand that, but to jack up the price by $200.00 makes me feel like as a consumer, that I was taken advantage of. Only one of the two elevators worked while we were there, which was an inconvenience, especially if you are helping your kids...

Our family enjoyed the water park, which was the reason we chose this resort and everyone enjoyed our time there. It works well for a quick family get away that is close to home. Our room was not as clean as we would expect and overall feel of resort was a little rundown compared to our previous visit. We were...

I enjoyed seeing my kids smiles and eyes brighten up when we arrived. Our room was ready by 2pm. That made us happy. The loft area did get hot though and the fan would not stay pointed where we wanted it. It had been broken. It only stayed in one position. The price was high.

There was a blood stain on the sheets (not from us). The sheets had obviously not been changed. When we reported it to the front desk, they apologized and offered to give us a credit, which was not fulfilled.

We stayed in a loft suite which was cool.. in the bottom part and hot in the loft area when the fireplace was on. The balcony on the 4th floor had a good morning view of the sun coming up behind the clouds. The waterpark was busy but was still not a crazy long wait for the big slides. One...

When reviewing a place like this, it is important to remember what the place is designed for. Great Wolf Lodge is designed for kids. There is no way that a pair of adults is going to come her for a romantic weekend getaway or that a young adult will use this as their base for exploring the city. It is...

Water park was great. Kid camp bunkbeds were fun for the kids. But the rest of the room had a bare-bones kind of feel. Clean folded bath towels were wet. Requested replacement towels which were delivered to the room promptly but those were damp as well. The food in the restaurant was decent but overpriced. The to-go pizza was no...
