Phoned up a few weeks before and booked 3 rooms, turned up on the Friday evening. Very helpful and friendly. Had a great meal and a few beers. Lincoln and his partner were very accommodating. We had a good time with the locals. Very comfy beds, great little pub, good food and company. I would highly recommend

I stayed one night at the Seven Stars whilst on business in the area. Room 3 is very large and quite tastefully decorated. There were the usual amenities – tea/coffee, biscuits, free WiFi, TV etc but also a large fridge with two complementary bottles of water. The bed was very comfortable ( actually there were three of them ! )...

We stayed at the pub following a family event near by. The rooms are lovely, the staff are a delight and we had a fantastic breakfast and Sunday lunch. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Lincoln and his team for a very pleasant overnight stay at the Seven Stars. We stayed n the very spacious and well appointed room 3. This is not strictly an en suite room because the bathroom is across the landing. We are not generally keen on this sort of arrangement but here it worked fine because the other...

After a planned cycling trip along the canal was cut short, rang up and was very helpful. The big room was available sleeps 4, but there was 5 of us. That was no problem at all. They even cooked food for us after the kitchen had closed. 10/10 very good.

We stopped her for (sadly) just the one night whilst cycling from Bristol to London on National Cycle Route 4. The pub is less than 1/2 mile off the route and is well worth the diversion. Warm welcome from Lincoln and in fact all of his colleagues (who without exception were charming and very helpful). Lovely comfortable room with excellent...

The warm welcome from the landlord is just the same as our last visit, the food and quality of beer are still superb, our room looked to be recently refurbished. The location ensures a good nights sleep in a peaceful rural location. Overall a great pub that deserves to do well.

My wife and I had dinner here one night last week and then stayed for dinner bed and breakfast the following Saturday. This is a quaint, country Inn, thatched roof and full of character. Staff were warm and welcoming, and the en-suite accommodation proved to be first class. The food on both nights was excellent, with some more adventurous items...

A good stop on National cycle route 4. They were happy to store our bikes in a locked shed out sight and the weather. We had a large room with a great view over the fields opposite and use of a large, well equipped bathroom which we seemed to have to ourselves. A good evening meal and a freshly cooked...
