I have stayed at many motels in Dodge City, KS., I have noticed this little quiet looking motel for several years and decided this trip to call and check on it. The lady at the front desk was super nice-----older rooms in the front but new rooms in the back part of their property---that is where I stayed and will...

While traveling on business I came across this motel and while at first glance appears to be quite dated, there is a newer section behind the main building that is newer. For the price I was satisfied as the room was clean and equipped with a fridge, flat screen TV and microwave, not to mention the friendly and helpful staff....

The new rooms are clean with fridge and micro and the bed is comfy. However, there is no coffee maker, the A/C barely cools the room and very minimum ice. They advertise senior discounts but do NOT honor this. This place is overpriced for what you get.

A very nice room for a very cheap price ($39+tax). Make sure you get into the new back section of the place. I looked at a front room which was $10 cheaper and it was much smaller and had none of the amenities that the other room had. It was worth the $10 more.

While this place was clean (new part anyway) and the bed was comfortable, this is really just a stop and sleep motel. There was a micro and fridge in room, but no coffee maker, no ice machine, no comfortable chairs in room. Another issue (not their fault) FLIES !! my husband must have killed 30 flies (no exaggeration) in our...

If I hadn't read the reviews on TripAdvisor I would have kept driving. The front section is very run down. But the new addition at the back is very modern and very comfortable. The room we stayed in had two Quern beds, a large flat screen TV, a fridge and microwave. The bathroom is small but clean and functional. For...

Beware!!! Reservation not honored!!! Based upon Tripadvisor, I made a reservation for a Saturday night. I spoke with the owner and explained I would arrive after traveling all day, would arrive at 9-10 PM and needed the room guaranteed. I also gave my credit card number to guarentee the room. The owner promised a room in the new addition. When...

As noted by other reviewers, be sure to request a room in the "new" section. Sparsely furnished but immaculately clean, comfortable bed, modern bathroom fixtures, plenty of hot water, walls are kind of thin but luckily my neighbors were quiet. Microwave and fridge in room, coffee maker provided at my request. Convenient location, accommodating, hospitable owner/manager, great value at $45...

Thanks to tripadvisor, I took a chance on the Belair Motel and was pleasantly surprised. The new room was clean, shower great and the bed was comfortable. Also had great flat screen tv with lots of channels, a fridge and microwave. I was waiting to pick my honey up from Amtrak train after midnight and was only 1.5 mi. from...

They were all most likely written by the same people, or group of workers there. The truth is that it's a dump with a capitol "ump". The place is old.. probably built back in the 50s, the fixtures are ancient, the rooms are tiny, and the noise from the nearby hi way is incredibly loud at times. Our bed was...
