This hotel is a piece of crap. It's getting worse over time and specific managers are probably responsible. My stay in a specific winter week where the temperature reached 60s during the day, the hotel got to 80 and air conditioning was not working. A piece of paper with bs is giving to you once you complain. A fan was...

I had a non-refundable reservation at the Sheraton in which I had received a confirmation and paid for. Also received a telephone call confirming my reservation one hour before I attempted to check in. When I went to check in, they had no room for us because they had overbooked and we had to drive to the next town for...

I spent one night for a business trip, the first surprise was that they don't have parking lot, there is a valet parking service but I never saw him. This is a funny hotel you must go out to reach the bar if you are in the lobby. The second surprise was that the walls was very thin so I...

The beds were very comfortable but there is no hot tub and I want that after a long day. Also, in room 412 the toilet screams when you flush! Scared the bejesus out of me! There are no refrigerators in the rooms...I hate that! The coffee is Starbucks in the room. That was awesome!

We stayed here for 3 nights, won't be staying here again. The walls are paper thin, I could easily hear the phone conversation from the room beside us. the shower temperature fluctuates drastically during showering; I'm surprised no one has been scalded. Never saw a valet to park car. On a positive note, the attendant in the Club Room at...

I stayed here recently during a business trip. Very nice hotel with comfortable and quiet room. Perfect location if visiting the University campus, and close to other downtown offerings. But if I was the manager I would want to be aware of a few things... The front desk appears to be understaffed, or at least in need of training. Twice...

Had a one night stay. The beds were great, The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for picking someone up from the University as well centrally located for many restaurants. Parking garage is almost next to the hotel but there is a charge.

Hotel is nice and it is in the middle of the city. The room is clean the bed was comfortable. I got there later in the evening so I did not explore any of the city or nearby attractions. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice Sheraton. The rooms were quiet, clean, large, and well furnished. The location is perfect for accessing the University and the downtown. The only problem I had was the parking garage. The man who operated the pay booth in the evening had terrible customer service skills, however, I do not think the hotel operates the parking...
