We visited church farm Guest-house with our family on 2nd December. From the extremely warm welcome, to the effortless stay and the fact the gentleman went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we should need made our stay perfect. The whole guest house was spotless including the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and all family members slept very well. Breakfast was perfect and all individual needs were catered for. I have no hesitation to recommend this excellent property and we will definitely be staying again.
Have to agree with other reviews you cant fault your welcome and friendly Manager .It is clean and you get a pretty good breakfast. Only complaint really is noisy next room, maybe some one staying who works locally. Curtain are thin so light comes through .No bedside lamp on my side of the bed .A couple of dated pictures I saw but I thought this would be so easy to cheer up. Reasonable value though.
Most of the things we would say have been mentioned previously.....easily accessed, close to Norwich, larger than average guest house accommodation: very pleasant family run establishment, clean and spacious. Several experiences we shared with other visitors were - thin curtains allowed the nightlight to glow through into our room - noise disturbed us from above and beside - breakfast list did not include several of the things we saw other customers eating, like fresh fruit and yoghurt. Always ask!? The WiFi didn’t function on the 2 days we were there. We agree with the comment that suggested this was like a hotel. I would not wish to offend the delightful people who run the Church Farm g/house but it does have an old-fashioned feel.
We came across this lovely guest house thanks to an internet search and therefore were a bit unsure what we’d find, however it couldn’t have been much better. Lovely welcome from Sean who also worked non stop each morning serving the delicious breakfasts during our 3 night stay. (The lady working with him was friendly & polite too!) Lovely big and spotlessly clean room & ensuite. Ideal spot in the countryside but not far from the coast for a day out enjoying the Norfolk coastal walks etc. We’ll certainly be back next time we decide to have a break in Norfolk.
We decidedto head out to Norfolk for a last minute few days away. In the midst of everyone staying i nthe UK during the corona virus pandemic, not much choice was available. We had initially wanted to stay close to the coast but the rest of the UK had the same idea as us it seems. Faced with limited choices we looked further and further in land. The Church Farm Guest house came up with 2 available rooms and the reviews looked good. We arrived to find plenty of parking at what looked like a collection of houses, all owned by the family that own the hotel. Once inside we were greeted by a lovely lady who knew who we were and confirmed our details. We were given our rooms which were very clean and well presented. Both containg microwaves and one even hada fridge which was handy. When we arrived for Breakfast the following mornign we were again greeted by all the staff, very friendly throughout. It was a very welcoming place. The breakfast was good and the service excellent. I have stayed in places treble the price and not got such a friendly, clean and comfortable stay. Pleasantly surprised.…
