Comfortable old world hotel in downtown Dubuque. Luckily it has everything you need for a comfortable stay because there is a lack of activity and businesses in the area. The Dubuque Art Museum is a real treasure within walking distance of the Julien.

Excellent Hotel, Great staff, comfy beds, clean rooms. lounge was great, drinks perfect. Wouldn’t have them change a thing. Parking, attentive staff, great view of the river, close to food and drink. Perfect!
