I really hate to be 'that guy' leaving a bad review, but this was just a terrible experience. Super nice folks on the front end, clearly dealing with filthy hotel standards that they kinda have to look beyond in order to work there. We had two rooms, and both were equally as bad: body fluids on the bed skirting, extremely dirty cover blanket, deeply stained and unclean carpet, odd smelling sheets, body hairs in the sink and around the bathroom, broken shower rod, an frayed and old shower curtain, oddly enough a beer can crushed into the hair dryer, almost literally everything you could make a cliche list of. We checked in from a delayed flight so it was too late to just leave... but within an hour I had a new reservation down the road on-line. And don't get me started on that breakfast that was served. Again, I'm sorry to be negative, but the pictures posted of the rooms have nothing to do with the reality. But try it for yourself, they did have decent water pressure and hot water.

The front desk attendant, Marti was great. She was able to locate a room that met our needs and she gave great dining advice. The room was nice. There was no breakfast because of Covid but the room price was no less than when they were offering breakfast. Seems like they should have adjusted the price since no breakfast was available. The biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower...it was terrible :(

! Property is being used as LOW INCOME/CHARITY HOUSING, as well as hotel. Only discovered that after we had checked in and noticed crying & yelling people in the parking lot. Barefoot girl & guy with shorts hanging below his crack in the lobby. Scotch-taped paper notes along all halls saying smokers will be evicted. We asked to speak with the owner & was told she would call us. She didn't. We double-bolted the door & worried about our vehicle's safety all night.

We stayed here on February 29th. This guy at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is among the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed at (Better than some high-end hotels). While the room is very basic, it has everything you would need for a quick overnight stay. The bed linens were immaculate and there wasn't even any dust on the surfaces. The vending machines are well stocked and accept credit cards which is a must for a cashless guy like myself! the AC in the room worked very well but it was a little loud (not a huge deal for me). There's a small fitness center located just beyond the lobby. There are plenty of fast food options nearby including Long John Silver’s/A&W, Taco Bell, McDonalds, etc. The breakfast selection was perfectly acceptable and had a sufficient number of options. I will note that upon checking out around 6:15AM, there were no Uber's available, but the desk promptly provided me with several taxi companies to call and no more than 15min later we were in an A2Z taxi headed to the airport! Overall, I’d highly recommend this Quality Inn to anyone looking for a clean, reasonably priced place to spend the night in Burlington, IA!

I was traveling with work and really enjoyed the friendly staff greeting me! I stayed here 3 days. Quality Inn-Burlington IA is conveniently located to Casino and 6 minutes from the river and downtown area. The bed/pillows were the most comfortable I have had at a hotel in over a year! Thank you to Frank, Michael, Robin, and Lisa! I really enjoyed the scrambled egg, sausage, and gravy breakfast too!
