Room and bathroom were dirty. Hair on floor in bathroom. Staff was untrained and unfriendly. Close to our event but priced too high for such and poor hotel experience. Ruined the weekend for the family fun we had planned.More

There are limited choices in South Bend, and admittedly I dont know what the conditions are at competitors. This DoubleTree likely barely ekes into the levels expected by Hilton Worldwide to maintain franchise status.
