My boyfriend and I first stayed a year ago and the rooms were old and outdated, and frankly, a little smelly. The guy at the front desk was terribly rude and rushed us along. We decided to give this place another shot since we liked the price and what a difference! The rooms are…
Excellent quality for the price, budget friendly is always a plus for me! The room was clean and very comfortable. The property has been recently renovated. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Very nice newly renovated rooms. New furniture and carpet throughout. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Polite staff at front desk as we check in. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Peru, IN area!
Parking lot looks like it was bombed! No way to miss the huge holes. Room 117 clean but carpet badly stained and loose. The TV remote didn't work. Bed was comfortable and area quiet. Pricing moderate for a no frills motel. There is a restaurant right in front for meals.
We stayed in the one in Peru.IN and of course we had to bring our two Dachshund and one little Chihuahua all short haired and do not shed they charged us $20.00 extra for each dog and a $200.00 deposit so we where leaving there today to come home so Dorothy my wife went in to…
"If your on a budget and like the smell of Indian curry in bathroom then go to this place"
"Ask for a room past the office. It was very quiet there."
"Back side faces a corn field."
"I might recommend a room on the back side just to have a little more privacy if you like to have your drapes open (the restaurant windows are very close to the hotel on the front side). There is road noise regardless of where you are since it is fairly close to US 31."
"If you choose to go here regardless of review, don't get a room near the back of the building facing out to nowhere, as that seems where most "wayward" travelers and sketchy one would stay. It was virtually empty for us though."
