We spent 1 night there and it seemed to be endless: 1) Room dirty and pillows full of dust. We needed to cover them with a T-shirt 2) Bathroom partially without tiles 3) Furnitures very old specially in the bathroom 4) Very poor breakfast 5) We didn't like the owner's approach: a little aggressive and pushy

Response from Bruno MONCEAU, Propriétaire at Chez Dora

We arrived late at the airport and had transport to Chez Dora on our way to Terra de Haut. What a delight to meet Bruno and Dora. They are passionate about life and made our stay a most wonderful and memorable evening! We had requested dinner and they fixed a fabulous one! Appetizer, salad, fish dish and some of the best ice cream I have ever had. They both were open, warm, and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our evening and highly recommend staying with these two wonderful people!

We found Chez Dora on the internet while holidaying on Martinique. Bruno and Dora are just the best hosts, great food and wonderful company. They are very helpful with what to see and how to get around. The rooms are nice and private, very clean and a great place to crash out after a day out sight seeing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something with local appeal rather than just another chain hotel. Tony & Susan

They care about every detail of your stay and do that in so nice, natural and simple way that you feel like you are part of their family :) * Room was spacious and nice, wi-fi is very good * Breakfast is very delicious, Dora serve fruits and juice from her garden (see photos)!!! * Dinner is delicious, you should ask Bruno for his special dessert :). Rum is a must!, you will learn how to make local cocktail from Bruno :) Thanks Dora&Bruno!!!

We were lucky enough to spend one night here on our way to Les Saintes. Bruno and Dora could not have been nicer. Their home is very special and the view to the south and Les Saintes is just amazing. Dora is a wonderful cook and we really enjoyed her dinner when we arrived. Bruno was kind enough to pick us up at the ferry in PTP and then deliver us to the ferry the next morning for our trip to Les Saintes. One night is not enough time here!
