After reading other reviews our expectations were very high and we were not disappointed in any aspect of our stay at Kelmscott House . Tom was really friendly and welcoming and the rooms were amazing , we have paid twice the price at some hotels and not had a bedroom as good. There was a wide variety of teas and... More

Fantastic B&B! The huge room and ensuite were both absolutely stunning with a lovely view over the garden, really comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious. Tom and Cheryl were wonderful hosts and were very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend a stay at Kelmscott House!

Fantastic B&B. We stayed in a huge double room with a massive bed, en-suite and dressing room. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Really good price for the quality of the room and food in the morning. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

My friends (bridesmaids) and I stayed at Tom and Cheryl's beautiful home for 2 nights as our friend was getting married in Woburn. Both rooms are very spacious, beautiful, clean and the owners are beyond friendly and accommodating. They allowed 2 hairdressers, a make up artist, mother of the bride and bride family, boyfriends, photographer all popped round the morning... More

Sadly we only booked to stay one night at Kelmscott House, but for sure we will return to this fantastic place. The hosts and their family were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and the room was amazing , with lots of space and personal touches to make your stay special. Breakfast was prepared in the large... More

We stayed at Kelmscott House for one night as we were attending a wedding reception at the nearby church hall. My husband congratulated me on the find. We had a fantastic, huge room in which to relax before the 'do' with a fully equipped ensuite (shower and bath) looking out over the countryside and two comfy armchairs and flat screen... More

Like Edmund, we stayed because we were going to a wedding virtually next door. This would be our last night in England after our six week holiday. What a fantastic last night. Huge comfortable bed, fluffy towels, wonderful bathroom, absolutely gigantic bedroom. My only complaint is that my husband didn't come back till 2.30am since he was having too much... More
