Camped here again this year on our way home, we like the quiet of the campground off the freeway, the site was very long with full hookups and cable Lots to do in the area and shopping is close and lots of restaurants.

We been camping here for several years we like that its close to Starve Rock the staff is very nice and friendly, and the camp ground is clean and nice we like being next to the road to see the cows, the pool is nice, it is a very relaxing time that is why we try to go at least...

I waited until early September to look for lodging for our mid-October Starved Rocks trip. Mistake. Everything from hotels to motels to campgrounds near the park were booked. I found this KOA site just miles from Starved Rocks and luck will have it, they had sites available. I had no experience with KOA before, but always think back to those...

Let me start this review by saying this: I am NOT a camping type. Actually, I'm quite the opposite. However, my teenage son really loves the whole aspect of camping and everything that comes with it. So this year, I made a compromise: we would go to a campground but only if we could stay in a cabin - with...

We came to the area to spend time with friends for a couple of days and hike the state parks. LaSalle/Peru KOA met our needs for this type of trip. Clean bathrooms, level sites, friendly hosts and easy check in. We had a FHU pull-thru site that was long enough for our trailer, truck and an extra vehicle. Most all...

Only an overnight for us, but this just what we needed after a long day on the road. Friendly check-in, quiet level site with easy access. Nice campground with pretty trees. Not full, but glad we made a reservation to get a pull-through spot as we didn't have to unhook, as many other road-weary travelers came in shortly after we...

Excellent facility. The best and cleanest bathroom/shower facility without question. It was cleaner and nicer than some restaurants I've been in. Plus nice grassy tent site up on the hill. Super nice staff and great camp store.

We love this campground. Close to Highway, yet seems like you're in a forest. It's the cleanest place we've ever camped in too. The owners & staff are so welcoming. There's a lot of amenities included. Tents to 5th wheels. Enjoy and relax ☺

Very nice clean camp! The KOA staff are very friendly and nurturing! They have very clean bathrooms along with showers and a very nice warm pool! The camp is quiet by around 9:30/10:00 and the stars are very easy to see! Truly a beautiful place to visit!

Thank RussnBritt
