I had a few things to mention to counter staff when checking out. Staff member did not take notes, so I sent an email with no reply. The freezer in the bar fridge was a solid mass of ice, unable to place an ice tray in there. Lunch & evening meals average, not impressed. The buffet breakfast was excellent with...

Thank you for your feedback. It is important that my staff do take notes of issues with our rooms as we of course wish to rectify them. I will be addressing this at our next staff meeting and I will forward your food suggestions on to the chef. At nearly 9 years old we are in the process of replacing...

We bought a Groupon deal for two nights...and, as sometimes happens with deals, were not expecting 1st class attention. Just happy to have a break and relax. But we were very pleasantly surprised by our well located room and the chilled bottle of wine...as promised in deal. The pool, altho not heated, was refreshing (we were there during very warm...

Unpleasant, unhelpful, arrogant and rude staff in particular a male staff member called jamin . Flimsy pillows. Phone in room was broken so could not contact hotel reception without walking all the way down. Bathtub had no drain just a pipe and no plug rendering it useless. Restaurant shuts at 8.30pm which is beyond ridiculous .my associate told reception he...

The apartments at the oaks are very nice and clean, gardens could do with some tender loving care and the pool is freezing, even my son who is 6 couldn't stay in there for long. I only have one thing I think could do with some attention an that is if you check in on a sunday right on check...

Thank you for your kind feedback. Sunday’s are one of our busiest check in days and unfortunately most of our guests plan to arrive at two pm. We do our utmost to check all guests in as efficiently as possible. Our gardens will be receiving much work in the coming months and I am sure on your next visit you...

My husband and I stayed in a studio swim out with direct access to the pool which was fantastic. The room was lovely and clean and the kitchen contained minimal but adequate facilities eg jug, fridge, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery. The gym is small but adequately equipped. We did however find there was a lack of attention to detail...

Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear of your experience in our restaurant. I will convey your response to my Head Chef for his action. Please be assured this is not the usual level of presentation we offer our guests. As to Wi-Fi, regrettably in our old infrastructure area, bandwidth is at a premium and therefore we...

Gorgeous 'resort', lovely rooms but missing a few finishing touches that really wouldn't require too much effort from management. I now it's only a 4 star complex, not 5 and perhaps I'm being picky but these were a few things I was looking for during my stay that weren't available - Newspapers at breakfast or at reception - heck, even...

The resort itself is very nice but for the price you pay the rooms just lack attention to detail. In our room there was barely any glasses and crockery in the fully self catering kitchen. There is no instruction on how to use any of the appliances and when we asked for help with the oven we were virtually told...

It is disappointing to read of the issues with your stay. We do regularly stock our rooms and of course there should be no refuse left in the room after cleaning. Please be assured that this is not the norm and I am sure on your next stay you will find the room to be at the standards to which...

The room access to the lagoon pool was the highlight of our stay. Clean and fully contained kitchen and laundry. Daily housekeeping. Close to shops and attractions. Visit to the Gan Gan lookout for a great aerial view and the macadamia farm in Meadowie. A wonderful and relaxing stay for my family.

We stayed here for two nights on our way down from Brisbane to Sydney. Thank you for your feedback. And it is great to hear you enjoyed our resort. Unfortunately Sunday arrivals are often our biggest day with some 100 – 120 arrivals.
