Tripadvisor gives a Travellers’ Choice award to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers and are ranked within the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
Generally it is was a good room, and clean, but it smelled moldy. Maybe because it was winter and the house was not aerated well. But overall it was warm, clean and therefore we were pleased! The only downside of this beautiful location is that everything closes after 5 pm!

Intresting to find but definetly worth of visiting! The staff is very kind, the rooms are clean, big and cosy. The village is beautiful and full of nice people, and of course local wine is in every place.

Pros - Traditional Cypriot house in beautiful village. It looked like snow when we arrived so we were given a free upgrade to a room with a most welcome fireplace and plenty of wood to burn. Comfortable bed.
Cons - Shower went cold before I had got out of it; we wanted to eat in the restaurant but unfortunately this was closed for the duration of our trip. Sharp broken locks on bedroom cabinet furniture

We booked and paid for a 'One Bedroom Cottage with fireplace for 3 Adults' at 50m2, but were given a studio with a double bed at 35m2. The place we booked was downstairs, and was already occupied. Maybe, this was because we only booked for 1 night, but if that was the case, the booking should not have been accepted in the first place. The positives are that our studio was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a large first floor terrace with views over the surrounding hills and village rooftops. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well.

The owner received us in a very friendly and relaxed way The 3-bedroom house was lovely and has style. The studio's we rented were a bit less luxurious and should get 4 instead of 5 stars.
Omodos is a nice spot, and these rooms are well located in the center. Sadly, the restaurant was closed in the evening, so we could not test the superb reputation of the restaurant.
We loved it and would advice to come back!

Well maintained and spacious property a three minute walk from the central plaza. Good aircon, something of a must if you're not used to the heat :-) Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner. Do visit his restaurant for amazing Meze while there.
