AWESOME , clean, and very hospitable especially for us motorcycle riders. we love it there and stay there annually .. fire pit is fun to sit around and unwind from the day. bike towels are always available fresh daily along with some cleaning products. There are tent awnings over the parking spaces to keep your bike out of the elements... More

Warm and welcoming, down to earth people. Our bathroom had new fixtures and the room was spotless. We had our own little fridge and freezer. Got a ride to downtown, and after having some fun in town, came back and had a fire. Plenty of dry wood, chairs, and got to meet some other friendly people too. Slept great, the... More

We've stayed at the L&M several times, and it just seems to be getting a little more "worn out" each passing year. Beds are saggy, carpet is worn, rooms smell a little musty, our windows were full of flies, exterior ends some TLC. The owners are very nice people, but probably will stay elsewhere.

The L&M Motel is a family operation that caters to motorcyclists during the riding season. It is a little dated, but each room has a theme and is nicely decorated. The staff supplies clean towels for riders to wipe down their bikes after a day's ride or bad weather, of which we encountered. The management provides beverages to be shared... More

We went with 10 bikes/couples. Curtis greeted us and the rest is history. A definite destination for a ride. He drove us to the store, had cold drinks waiting for us and picked us from the bars. The rooms were clean. Best motel I've stayed in. Definitely would recommend.

I've stayed at a lot of motels and they were nothing this one. My 1st time there and had a awesome good time. They treat their quest with great respect and they will shuttle you where ever you need to go and come and get you. Clean rooms. I give them a thumbs up and can't wait to stay there... More

We stayed here over labor day weekend. It mainly caters to motorcyclists, with awnings to park your motorcycle under and towels to wipe down your bike too. They also take you to town at night so you don't have to get your bike out. We don't have a motorcycle, but went there to ride the Mississippi River bicycle trail, which... More

You can't beat the hospitality provided here. Upon arriving we were offered water, pop, or even a beer that were all iced down in coolers. The rooms were dated yet exceptionally clean. They offered a shuttle service anywhere you want to go. That itself is worth the price of room. The fire pit is a fun place to congregate and... More
