We stopped in the middle of a snow storm. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. It is close to shopping and restaurants and it's pet friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, Looks like new. I am diamond at Hilton and stayed at this La Quinta, this property and service is significantly better than other expensive hotel. breakfast is great.

This hotel was recently remodeled and has a very modern feel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The pool area was also nice. My only complaint would be was that the pool water was a bit cold.

Stayed here when we went to Starved Rock State Park. Nice hotel,staff was very friendly. Hot tub was ok.. the jets weren’t very strong.Close to several restaurants. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that is literally steps away, very good!
Spent a very relaxing night in a very clean and modern middle priced motel. I would recommend this Motel to anyone. The staff was very helpful and acted like them appreciated us staying her. Breakfast was much better than average. We will be back.

Just a caution regarding this facility. I booked through Expedia & not only did Expedia bill my credit card but also the La Quinta Inn. Apparently the administration billed the wrong credit card somehow and I got doubled... More
Just a caution regarding this facility. I booked through Expedia & not only did Expedia bill my credit card but also the La Quinta Inn. Apparently the administration billed the wrong credit card somehow and I got doubled billed for the same stay. I noticed the error several days later while looking at my bank statement online. I called Expedia who went to bat for me fighting with the hotel manager to correct their mistaken billing practise. Finally the manager acknowledged their mistake but it took several days for the credit to appear on my credit card. Due to the currency rate of exchange between the USD and Canadian Dollar their mistake cost me several dollars more for a one nights stay. Before we left in the morning I had verified with the front desk while returning my keycard that Expedia had made all reservations and that is why I didn't get a receipt from La Quinta Inn as it was a third party booking. Thank goodness for the diligence of Expedia customer service and their time and effort in solving this issue for us. The Inn was a nice place to stay and would do so again but verify everything upon arrival and departure to spare you much time on the phone to correct booking billing mistakes on their part.
