They were out of key cards, so we had to be walked to our room every time we came and went. The attendant was in the back office on his phone the whole time. We got our room key 15 minutes before we checked out. The sliding shower doors did not work properly; one way the door would not stay closed and the other way there was a big gap in the middle which would let water out onto the floor. The milk at breakfast was frozen.

Hampton Inn never fails me. Clean, comfortable, friendly, affordable, great breakfast options, free WIFI and more. Traveled a couple of weeks ago to a different location and there was not a Hampton Inn available. Having to select a different hotel, I really appreciated this trip and all the quality that came with my stay at Hampton!

I stayed several days here and didn’t want to leave. I’ve never been more comfortable in a hotel. This place is very clean and friendly and the decor is very relaxing. Good breakfast too. I highly recommend. The price was the best part not having to sacrifice comfort and cleanliness. Will recommend this to everyone.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Loved the large mirror on the outside of the sliding bathroom door. Great towel bars and hooks in the large bathroom (previously stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Kansas - NO towel bars or hooks in bathroom). The AC unit is SO QUIET, not the LOUD one like in most hotels! Great place to stay!

This is the newest hotel in Pekin, so we had fairly high expectations going in. Outside was well kept. Inside was well lit and clean. All of the staff we interacted with was friendly and professional. Free breakfast was a nice spread of options and tasted yummy. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was at one point when I went to use the bathroom, a piece of trim fell off the wall and kicked the door off track, preventing me from being able to exit the bathroom. Thankfully, I had 2 people with me who were able to return the door back to the track and I could leave. If they weren't there with me, I don't know what I would have done since I didn't have my phone with me in the bathroom. Thankfully, we were all able to laugh it off and have gained some unexpected funny times. (We did not report this to the staff when leaving.)…

Staff was so friendly! The hotel is updated, modern and clean. Loved the common spaces and eating area. The rooms were perfect too each having a mini fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the outdoor area by the pool.

That's right - you cannot go wrong, the team here and my overall experience were second to none. Exceptional cleanliness - you can tell the team cares for their leadership and task at creating an exceptionally clean environment at every turn. Why mess with the strains and unsafe nature of nearby Peoria? The area surrounding this beautiful property is vibrant with places to even dine in doors. Some shopping too. Leadership and the team really knock it out of the park. Lady in the morning serving breakfast is a treat. She and the female front desk team member were often seen cleaning and organizing. Thanks for a great experience. Been weeks since I stayed and sorry for the delay.

A quick overnight stay. Met our needs king room with sofa bed room, 4th floor, it was quiet and roomy. Walk in shower and overall bathroom was spacious. Pillows were flimsy but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and well tended to.

We were in for a brief stay for a youth sporting event. Hotel was super clean and all new. Nice rooms and polite staff. I was pleased with the property and the cost. Really nice property! It made our stay better than we expected!
