A fabulous home and an amazing garden. Mary and James have created an idyllic gem in somerset and we were so grateful for a tranquil stay. Their hospitality was excellent and the food was delightful. The views and wildlife were inspiring. Thank you!

This was our second visit here and Mary and Jim are lovely hosts. Their house is lovely - relaxed, comfortable, spacious. The rooms are great - this time we stayed in a room overlooking their back garden and the countryside beyond; nice touches included binoculars to see the wildlife, fresh milk in a flask. This is a lovely B&B and an idyllic place to stay. Great breakfast, spotless rooms and incredibly comfortable bed. Would happily stay again. Also two friends showed up at breakfast and Jim kindly offered them coffee and toast. Five star service....

Just discovered this great B&B. The location is beautiful and tranquil with fantastic views. Gorgeous landscaped gardens. The food is delicious and we were made so welcomed by Mary and Jim who are very friendly hosts. Lovely house to stay in for a holiday. Highly recommended.

tucked away in stunning countryside, this is a wonderful B&B with an amazing garden and views. Mary and Jim are great hosts and Mary cooks to impress. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is very good value.

Just spend 3 nights at this B&B while we did some house hunting in the area. Mary and Jim were so friendly and welcoming, they have a gorgeous home with a gorgeous view. Thank you so much for looking after us, the breakfasts were amazing. We hope to see you again soon. Karen & Eulian

Orchard Cottage is a pretty and comfortable house set in a beautiful location with far reaching views across to the Mendip Hills and the Poldens. The gardens are about 2 acres with flower beds, vegetable gardens, orchard and chickens. Visitors will receive a warm welcome, delicious breakfasts and comfortable, clean and attractive rooms. There is a children's room with 2 mattresses for younger children which has toys and books. For those keen on walking this a the perfect spot to choose with walks from the door or down on the Jurassic coast or in the Quantock Hills.
